Excellent, loved the location, excellent views, excellent staff.
Pros:

Location and reception staff were just lovely. Exceljent local eateries, walking distance to Hastings Street and Noosaville. Perfect location.

Cons:

Mosquito issue but it couldn’t be helped as too many rainy showers aiding the mosquito population - just nature and the Queensland weather

Nice locatio once you learn the area.
Pros:

Huge apartment. You could live there, and believe many do. Good bed, and nice neighborhood, with a couple of very nice restaraunts across the street. Nice pool and hot tub area, with BBQ facilities for guests. Very efficent washer and dryer.

Cons:

Too far to walk into town, but had both a bus and a boat that came by regularly. Not well outfited. [paper towels, soap etc] Had to climb stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. You were asked to take out your own trash when you left. Not a big deal but I found a bit odd.

Nice stay and close to the bus to Noosa
Pros:

Nice location overlooking the river, closer to Quamby Place

Cons:

No lift and no coffee pods provided at the beginning of the stay,. only salt provided so pepper would have been handy.

Great experience and highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were lovely from beginning to end. From the time of my booking to our stay. Facilities were clean and comfortable with access to barbeques as well.

Cons:

Having lamps in the main area and the second bedroom would have been nice as an alternative to overhead lights. A mirror in the second room would have been a plus as well. Napkins or paper towels would also have been helpful.

Fantastic
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was huge, bright and well layed out. Only a 10min walk from the main shopping area.

Very pleasant stay but cleaner needs to be supervised more closely.
Pros:

Very spacious apartment with comfortable lounge suite, had a nice balcony and kitchen well provisioned. Nice pool and bbq area.

Cons:

We paid extra for a river view but could hardly see it due to the trees. Terrible flat pillows and shutters hadn’t been dusted for a very long time which aggravated my hayfever. Cleaner needs to be more thorough as we also found clothes from previous guests in wardrobe. There was no lift at the property therefore requiring us to struggle with heavy bags up 33 steps to the second floor.

Beautiful Apartments with outlook in pretty location
Pros:

Lovely view from the main balcony & family area of the pools & water view. Flat enjoyable walk to the sights. Beautifully decorated apartment & rooms. Jetty & multiple pools to choose from inc. spa. Spacious rooms. Friendly greeting. Secure parking with key access.

Cons:

We didn't realise that these were serviced apartments so ran out of toilet paper on our two-night stay. We were warned about the room having stair access and no lift access which wasn't a problem for us but good to keep in mind for others that they may be struggling to carry heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Best stay ever
Pros:

The check in with Kerrie was great, the pools perfect. The location within walking distance to Hastings street and the ferry if you want a shortcut. Apartment was clean, very spacious and so comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing we loved it and will back.
