Convenient, cosy and affordable stay near the airport
Pros:

Good and affordable hotel compared to some of the more expensive hotels near the airport. Good for short stays.
From this hotel it is around a 5 minute walk to the nearby bus stop or train station that stops at both International and Domestic Airports. Takes 10 minutes to get to the airport by car. It is also around a 7 minute walk to get to the nearest train station (Arncliffe) if you're wanting to get to the Sydney CBD.
We had a room at the back near the courtyard - it was nice to have that extra little bit of privacy. Small fridge located in room. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Room for 3 people was cosy but slightly cramped - would've preferred a bit more space, especially because we had luggage. The basin in the bathroom was quite small. It can be a bit noisy at times and you can hear people in the rooms next to you if they are talking or laughing too loud. No elevators - stairs only to access rooms on the second floor so keep that in mind if you have any heavy luggage.

We felt uncomfortable due to misleading photos of the bathroom, and uncleanliness of the room.

Cons:

Location is very difficult to find from the airport. A shuttle should be provided, or a warning that the bus stop is way down the hill from the hotel. There were hairs on the bed, and the floors felt unclean. Not much support or concern from the staff to help us with 5 pieces of luggage. The sink was not even in the bathroom, even though in pictures it was.

Of the 11 days we travelled this was the most expensive and disappointing of all the accommodations.
Pros:

The accommodation was very well presented. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The noise was really bad. There was a warning in re Gard to the traffic (which I read after booking) and ear buds provided. There was plumbing in the ceiling above which was loud and added to the frustration of noise. I am not sure if there was an easier access to the building? On two sides there was mainstream traffic and nowhere there for the taxi to stop.

The smallness of the room .. the shower leaked n shower drain was blocked .. no elevator had to carry suitcases up several flights of stairs

It's okay for a quick night in transit
Pros:

Staff. Love the reception and Cafe chequered decor, so different to usual pub or similar.

Cons:

After staffed hours talk from first floor travellers carries quite far. Would remove the Deluxe off my room description no where practical to put your clothes, no cutlery.
