1. Kamar 102 yang sy booked ada masalah kamar mandi . Air nya bertakung dan susah kering lantai nya. Timbul rasa kurang enak dan bau.
2. Cerek letris yg disediakan tidak di bersihkan.penuh habuk.terlihat seperti tidak di cek kebersihan facilities sebelum pengunjung tiba.
3. Tong sampah tidak di siapkan dengan plastik
4. Ada semut di kamar kami datang pada minuman dan makanan.
Excellent Family Stay at Aston Tanjung Pinang
We had a wonderful stay at Aston Tanjung Pinang. The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for families. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in keeping our room spotless throughout our stay.
The swimming pool was great, well maintained and very enjoyable, especially for children. The gym was quite complete, and what we really liked was that there’s a kids’ play area located just in front of the gym. This made it easy for parents to work out while still keeping an eye on their children playing safely nearby.
The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes with plenty of tasty options. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, special thanks to Mr. Susiadi, the General Manager, for making our holiday truly memorable. Mr. Aan, the Duty Manager, also provided great service, and the Front Office and restaurant staff specially were all very friendly and helpful.
A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail.

It might be a bit late to share this review, as I stayed in January 2025, but it was truly a wonderful experience! We were warmly welcomed by Ardi, a cheerful front office staff member who provided clear information during check-in and even helped us arrange a car to the airport.
The room was lovely, and all the staff were very humble and attentive. I truly hope to have another stay at this hotel someday.
Just the breakfast.
The room was old and not clean. The towels are old and yucky. The areas around the toilet is not clean at all. I booked for the massage therapist to come to my room. They messed up the appointment and we only received the lousy massage 2 hours later. It was almost 2am.
