Just lovely!
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable unit. Staff so friendly and willing to chat. Walk to Main beach, shops and the lovely Gorge Walk. Will be back!

we loved managers Lisa and Matt- so friendly and made us relax instantly; the location is fantastic.
Pros:

location!! great to walk to gorge, beach, bakery. lovely large balcony, swimming pool, free parking. the kitchen was well set up with homewares, laundry and comfy beds.

Cons:

would have liked beach towels and a recliner or footstool somewhere for my bad leg; i had to move the furniture around to set myself up.

Stunning ocean view accomodation for self-caterer
Pros:

A great accomodation with stunning balcony view to the ocean. Very good for e.g a family of 4 or group of friends in the best spot at Point Lookout. We came as a couple without car, so it was a bit more pricy divided by 2 but still worth it in comparison to other accomodations around. Easy to reach everything by foot and bus, like restaurants, shops, beaches and nature walks. The managers are very friendly and supportive and made our long-weekend stay very easy. Thanks to Lisa we even spotted a whale when we were already ready to give up on it. We'd love to come back one day.

Cons:

The building is already a bit older which you can see in some tear and wear in the apartment, but its generally well kept and very comfortable.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Samarinda because it was centrally located, the apartment had everything we needed. North Stradbroke had so many things to explore and was nice coming home to a comfortable bed.

Excellent location for coast line views
Pros:

Lisa and Matt the managers of the complex were exceptional with their efforts to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is excellent right next to the Gorge walk and 2 mins walk to local shops and bus stop to take you to other areas and ferry.

Cons:

The units are owned by different individuals so there is some variation to pics shown online.

location was great, easy walk to beach, surf club and cafe/shops
we had a beautiful ocean view balcony, overlooking pool area, from our ground floor apartment, saw kangaroos right out the front on the lawn
