Huge rooms, clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Hotel is in a great location-- blessedly outside the old town and quiet, but in a nice, central and safe neighborhood with tons of great food and entertainment options, and easy to get to every tourist attraction. Breakfast was free and tasty, with good options for Vietnamese and Western breakfasts.
It was weird that there were so many items for sale in the rooms, and I got a little nervous about accidentally opening the wrong travel toothpaste or non-complimentary snack. When checking out, staff were pretty aggressive about asking us to review them on multiple platforms. I also thought it was weird that we had to walk a couple blocks to the complimentary breakfast at a completely different location of the hotel chain.

Not exacty at the centre of old quarter. Gor someone who is new to Hanoi may need some guidance from the reception staff about places to go in Hanoi.

Break fast was interesting and Vietnamese which is a plus. You want to go early or you might get cold items. The room was decent, nothing to talk about. Staff were polite enough though might struggle to assist you with planning things. The guards outside lock up your bike if you rented one so you don't need to worry about theft.
We paid for a balcony but you cant really use the balcony, its probably only enough to go outside for a smoke but you couldn't sit there, it was probably not even large enough to fit a chair.
The main drawback of our room was the smell. There was constantly a toilet smell in the room. If you were in the room for a while, your nose would go blind to it but if you went out and came in, it would really hit you in the face, opening windows, toggling the exhaust, informing reception, nothing really solved it which was unfortunate. The shower and bathtub were also a bit disappointing. The shower seems to have been an afterthought and you have to stand awkwardly to get half sprayed.

Location of the hotel is good, room was spacious, reach minibar, a lot of various toiletries. Hot water with strong pressure. Room was quiet
I got a room without window, and this information are not included in the room description. There was also a tremendous bad smell in the room. It’s hard to understand what was cousing the smell but it was not normal situation to have such a bad smell in a hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel for European travellers. The personnel is very kind but there is a language barrier. I was staying in December and room was quite cold, I woke up feeling sick unfortunately. Breakfast is Asian,there is a soup. Soup is tasty and warm but there is not much more. Some places in bathroom were dirty. I would not recommend this place, for the same price you can have a better hotel.
Location near eateries and entertainment venues. My room's bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel is modern and well-designed. There were also numerous useful items in the room, many from reputable companies. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is quite energetic and helpful. Strongly advised.

i have no complaints , everything was great
The location is great. It’s not in the middle of touristic caos but it’s a 10 min walk from it. The room is big enough, nice and clean. The staff is nice and attending, even with poor English skills. We rented out bikes, hot our laundry done and everything we needed got sorted.
Vietnamese food is a divine, so having breakfast at the hotel is not worth it.
