Cleanliness. Needed a good vacuum. Was lots of hair behind the bathroom door. The furniture needs a good clean was stains all over the lounge and chairs. Food still on cutlery in cupboard. Couldn't even open a window for fresh air.

Very convenient location and highly competitive rate, comfortable room.
Pros:

This is an ideal spot if you need a "home base" for exploring Albury. Right in the centre of town, just off the main street and an easy stroll to the shops and restaurants. A three minute walk to the Entertainment Centre, so perfect if you are attending an event there. The room was neat and clean, with a comfortable bed. Whilst there is only the basic amenities, that was all I required and it is reflected in the highly competitive rate for the room. A very nice Thai restaurant just at the front of the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom is very dated with a small old-fashioned shower that isn't easy to access.

A good stay!
Pros:

The room was of a good size and the facilities were good. The furnishings were comfortable and the furniture up to date and modern. It was wonderful to be able to open a window in the bathroom!

Cons:

The lighting in the kitchen area was inadequate. The flyscreen in the bathroom needed cleaning.
