Good for one night stay.
Pros:

Good location if you want to visit the party street, friendly staff.

Cons:

Basically no sound insulation and children were playing loudly in the hallway until midnight. The air conditioner was dripping water next to the bed.

Central Location!
Pros:

Nah is the lady running the hotel and she is incredibly helpful and kind. You are in the heart of HCM nightlife. If you are aware of it it is perfect. At night anyway I could not hear any noise as my room was on the interior.

Останавливались на 2 дня, в основном гуляли по городу

Cons:

Номер на фото совсем не то, что в действительности. Все выглядело изношенным и не привлекательным. Один, два дня можно потерпеть неудобства, т.к. цена низкая. Но я уверен, что и за такую цену есть предложения лучше.

Staff very helpful
Pros:

The customer service was excellent, because I had a swollen knee, therefore found it difficult to walk, but the owner went out of her way to help me. She took me to the hospital and spent almost the full day there, got the treatment, then returned.
All I can say is that the owner was great, very helpful to my needs.
I will definitely stay at her hotel again.

Pros:

If you are on a budget this is a good choice. I had booked a room at the Koniko Hotel but was actually brought to the 3 Beans Hotel that was next to the Koniko. It wasn’t explained why, and to be fair I didn’t ask for a explanation. The room had all the basic necessities that you would need. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a really good airconditioning system. Cleaning of the room is on request, just hang a sign on the doorpost. It’s also possible to book daytrips in the hotel. The location is the main selling point: there are many restaurants around the corner to choose from, and you’re close to the busstation and metro. It is a very touristy area, so there will obviously be some noise. Just bring some earplugs.

Cons:

Keep in mind there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you have to prepared for that. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and there seem to be a problem with the drainage, but that was it.

Great budget hotel
Pros:

Tout était bien. Vraiment pas cher, bons équipements, laverie au rez-de-chaussée, en plein centre de Saïgon.

Cons:

La seule chose un peu problématique était le disjoncteur de la salle de bain qui passait son temps à sauter.
