Pros:

Great atmosphere, beds were super comfy. Beautiful open fire and comfy chairs. Good wax fabulous and staff were very helpful and friendly

Probably will not stay again. Will not rave to others. It was better the first time we stayed.

Great location, beautiful entry and lovely rooms.

Cons:

Staff need to crack a smile! Second time staying here and felt staff to be a better our first time around. Staff in the downstairs restaurant felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Disappointed when I booked to be only to obtain a loft room again, understood you’re fully booked however on my walk around the balcony I saw many unused rooms and same again the following morning. I also understand people cancel at the last minute but found that many rooms unused to be odd. I raved about this place last time, but this time it was average and the food not up to our last visit standard at all.

Love the pool and the bar area even though I don’t drink

Cons:

No stairs was waiting for a operation on my Achilles and the lady at reception had to take my suitcase up for me to the room that was fantastic- but could not stay again because of no lift

We would definitely come back. Only a couple of small things but overall , beautiful.

Location, decor, facilities, very clean….just beautiful!

Cons:

Room wasn’t serviced daily. Bar tender looked like he didn’t want to be there. Stairs were hard if you have a disability.

The restaurant, the virgin was very noisy but the food was absolutely amazing

Cons:

This hotel is full of stairs, from the time you actually find their car park until the moment you find your room...it's physically exhausting. Staff walk past you, watching you struggle with your bags and offer no assistance. Not a hotel for anyone with a physical disability or anyone too elderly. I have NEVER seen anything like it. We actually checked out after the first night and didn't complete our stay. Our room was tiny, noisy....air vent kind of noise on the roof went ALL NIGHT! Our split system was broken, our tv had no Netflix, because 'apparently' the button on our remote was broken!!!! There was rubbish left in our room from the previous people that stayed there. The lady at reception was cold to say the least, couldn't care less to assist us with our tv...overall a bad experience and obviously won't be staying there again, back to beautiful Kudos where we normally stay.
