A delightful surprise and a real step back in history - we loved it.
Pros:

Real old world charm - you are staying in a cottage virtually unchanged from 190 years ago (except for mod cons).
The entire property is expansive and is an open air museum with lovely views across the landscape.
Having a washing machine and dryer in the cottage also a big bonus.

Cons:

Toilets are on the ground level (down creaky stairs from the bedroom loft).

1830s Gardner's cottage on estate. Walk to restaurant, visitor centre. Cottage blended old with modern.

Cons:

More colour warning strips on step between kitchen and bathroom.

Lovely cottages in a historic location close to the main town.
Pros:

We made our own food which is a bonus when staying away. Location is great, quiet and only 20 min from Launceston.

Cons:

We would have liked to have done the buggy tour the next day but unfortunately the staff had meetings. Not really anything negative to say about the property.

Comfortable and historic cottage most convenient for a stay near Launceston.
Pros:

Very cute, historic cottage with all the modern amenities that we could need. We also enjoyed walking through the exhibits in the other old buildings.

Cons:

We didn’t have any problems at all with the cottage

A breath of fresh air; literally and figuratively
Pros:

An amazing location inside a World Heritage listed site. How often can you do that?

Cons:

That I had only one night. I was missing a pen to fill in the survey

Woolmers delight
Pros:

What a delightful surprise.
All the little extras it was very impressive and made us feel most welcome especially when we had previously stayed in a coastal town and it cost more with so much less value. Woolmers is a fabulous and pleasant place to stay and I wish we had more spare time to have stayed longer.
Staff we encountered were helpful and pleasnat to deal with
The early settlement history is amazing, something we don't have to the same extent in North Queensland.
Looking forward to returning.

Cons:

A suggestion, maybe a food hamper made available would help as to get supplies you need to drive back into town. Not a big deal to do though.
