Do not recommend staying here
Pros:

It was right across from the lake/ocean

Cons:

It was dirty from bedding to the forks and frying pan no toilet door bugs climbing up the curtain when I approached the man at reception asking for clean forks saying that they were dirty when we arrived he said 'what you can't clean it for yourself' later on while son's and hubby were cooking a bbq the man went mad at my son for throwing pool toys in the pool that belonged to his kid that were sitting next to the pool then said to my hubby he should charge us another $50 for that they also tried to blame my son for the toys being broken when she said that they were trying to dry them because they were broken for the price of this place I expected a clean rooms and better treatment I do not recommend staying here

Disgusting, do not stay here.
Pros:

We move to a different hotel. Didn't stay more then 5 minutes in this place.

Cons:

The staff, the owner, the whole experience was so poor we moved hotels the same evening.

If the property manager was welcoming and handover the room in clean condition then its fine

Location was great. It was very spacious with a full kitchen, and very proper vintage motel vibes, was clean enough.

Cons:

Strangely a $20 cash only extra fee was applied on arrival because I had a dog. This was not mentioned when I booked. The taps are very loud so everytime anyone uses them in the building you wake up in the night.

Glad it was only for one night.
Pros:

The room had a full size fridge . It was a large room and it was clean even though it was quite dated. Bed was comfortable, we took our own pillows so I can’t recommend whether they were any good.

Cons:

There are no fly screens on windows or doors so you can’t leave anything open for fresh air. There is nothing separating the balcony area from other rooms, so there is no privacy . There bed is on wheels so the bed rolls when you sit on it. The communication between the owner and on-site staff is dodgy, they couldn’t find our booking on arrival and nearly turned us away.

Ok for one night.
Pros:

From booking to check-in just 20min. Nice big rooms. Everything that you need is there. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Many things were broken (lamp, shower faucet), everything is quite old. Ok value for money. Dog or cat hair on the pillows and sheets.
