View and location lovely
There was a guy putting in a speaker in the restaurant across breakfast time (with a drill!!) this should have happened after breakfast had finished!
The room phone didn't work and the fridge froze everything including water / milk - rock solid!
Lovely clean rooms and views
Only 1 little milk in fridge for 2 night - no top up when staff came in. Same with sugar. Only 2 sugars available over the 2 night stay. Asked if Skim milk was available. Never got any. Music was ridiculously loud on first night. It was like the speakers were in our room. Not good for Someone who had been up and working since 4am
Gorgeous spot. Got a room upgrade from kind front desk staff and felt like royalty the whole time. Love that room service is just same as restaurant but delivered free to room, and there a small bottle-o with very reasonable prices just downstairs rather than overpriced minibar.
Nothing.
Great location and facilities
Nothing
Beautiful location within an easy walking distance of the beach and little shops and food. It was a beautiful view!!
It was really noisy on the Saturday night until very late. Into the early morning. Even after the pub closed there was a lot of people talking and it was easily heard from our room. To be expected though, but I didn’t realise when we booked we would be directly above the DJ/pub area.
The location was amazing and the Hotel was beautiful. I loved that they had a family room option. The Mezzanine level with two single beds was a great layout when you are travelling with kids.
Location. The look of the building and deco
The staff
It was very quiet considering we were there on a Saturday and it is above a busy pub with a dj.
The room was very nice and big for a family of four, the loft was a hit with the kids.
Maybe for the price we are used to a hotel that has a pool and a gym and so maybe the breakfast could have been a little fancier to make up for those things.
Location
Beautifully decorated
The first room we were in was looking out to the bin/delivery area, my daughter had worked night shift so i asked to be moved they were very accommodating and moved us to a room on the other side of the building. also, would suggest complementary umbrellas.
The property was so close to all public transports like ferry and bus to the Sydney CBD and off course very close to restaurants and cafes.
Nothing to dislike about the hotel and the lovation
