Rise and shine with a complimentary Australian continental breakfast in our Sunset Room for all registered adults and children. Included is coffee and tea made to order, along with light cold dishes such as pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurts. Additional substantial hot items are available to add on at a cost. This is available between 07:00 and 10:00 during the week and until 11:00 on weekends. For later risers, our Kiosk is open from 09:00 with limited take-away breakfast options for purchase.
Please note that the property will be undergoing construction from 28 April to early October 2025, and rooms may be affected by noise from 07:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Exactly what we wanted
It was all great
The room was a great size and well set up. Staff were lovely at all times. Location was fabulous - didn't need to drive anywhere and had heaps to do. Was worried we would be kept awake by DJ etc but excellent soundproofing!
We did go late-ish to breakfast (9.30) and there wasn't much left and wasn't really restocked. There was odd red marks on the white lounge cover which was strange that they hadn't been fixed.
Bed not comfortable & no black out curtains only shutters
Location
The location is spectacular. The hotel is beautiful, bed comfortable, and toiletries really lovely.
We had some issues with ordering food. Twice we asked for dressings and sauces to be on the side but twice food came that was inedible for my partner due to the addition of sauces. He spent the first night "uncomfortable " after trying to eat around the sauces which were not vegan as staff suggested.
Lovely location
Poor organisation. Two mornings in row there was no cereal bowls and some of the tables had not been cleaned.
The view
I had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be for staff members to wear a clear uniform or name badge. At times, it wasn’t obvious who worked at the hotel, which made it difficult to know who to approach when I needed assistance.
Having a consistent uniform would make staff easier to identify and would give the hotel a more professional and organised appearance.
