Rise and shine with a complimentary Australian continental breakfast in our Sunset Room for all registered adults and children. Included is coffee and tea made to order, along with light cold dishes such as pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurts. Additional substantial hot items are available to add on at a cost. This is available between 07:00 and 10:00 during the week and until 11:00 on weekends. For later risers, our Kiosk is open from 09:00 with limited take-away breakfast options for purchase.

Please note that the property will be undergoing construction from 28 April to early October 2025, and rooms may be affected by noise from 07:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Perfect weekend getaway location in Sydney.
Pros:

Reception lady was extremely welcoming and friendly. I had booked 2 rooms - one for myself and one for my daughter. When she found out why we were there she upgraded my daughter's room to be harbour view as well which was a really nice added touch. We had fabulous meals onsite. The views from both of our rooms were outstanding. Will definitely stay again!!

Cons:

Nothing. It was a perfect getaway in a perfect location with perfect service and amenities!

Great location, great customer skills
Pros:

We had to extend our stay due to a medical emergency, the front desk team were incredibly sympathetic and accommodating keeping us in the hotel at a busy time. The harbor view room is stunning.

A delightful place to relax and use as a base for exploring Sydney by ferry.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant view over the adjacent park.It was very quiet, with excellent blackout curtains, making for good sleep. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. The location next to the Watson's Bay wharf made it easy to hop on ferries to sight see.

Cons:

The air conditioning could be quite chilly. It seemed to have a preset range so it was either a bit too cold or off.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Location is unbelievable - so much better than staying on the cbd.
Hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Fantastic having the bar and restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

The one and only thing we found less than perfect was that the bed had a strange squeaky waterproof cover on the mattress that was noisy when you turned over

A little piece of paradise
Pros:

Everything! Great boutique hotel, with lovely laid back beachy atmosphere. Our room was lovely, spacious and extremely comfortable with a fantastic view over the bay to the city from the little balcony. Brilliant location with lovely beach and park right outside and the ferry only metres away straight to Circular Quay in 20 mins.
