My staynhere was no ahort of great. Although the property is slightly dated it certainly added a good vibe. The staff were absolutely brilliant, the typical friendly and welcoming Indonesian trait that i have always received when visiting this grsat country.

Great value for the price, rooms are clean and cozy. The location is also good, walking distance to public transport and restaurants.

Very nice people , Especially who helps us in our luggage and Good and kind Staff..

Hotel lobby is grand, empty with not much guests for a weekend day. Restaurant food is tasty but pricey. Had a good indonesian dish for lunch. Dinner ordered steak but out of stock :( Services are good.
Room is spacious, nice big bed, but only has 2 pillows, so had to ask Housekeeping to give 2 more pillows. Bathroom is very poorly stocked, for a 4 star hotel standard. Only 1 toothbrush, no rinse glass, no hand towels, no shower gels,...TV was small 32inches and TV signals very bad, more than half of the channels either have bad reception in image or sound :((( Wifi is very weak in the room and constantly got disconnected!
Overall not a very good stay with lots of improvement can be done.

Hotel breakfast was good, under renovation, dusty , wife very disappointed, was from orther hotel, regretted at Arcadia Hotel.

Terrible attitude of staff, room not according to reservation, many items broken inside room, room did not have hotel information inside. “ A total nightmare.” Never again will I stay there or recommend to others.

Room was clean and quiet. Stayed on 7th floor - clearly there is some improvement work being done in some rooms presently.

There only WiFi speed is very low it’s like equal to nothing.so please increase your hotel WiFi service.

Generally pleased. Many hotels we stayed at in Southeast Asia had some things that were good, and other things that needed improvement. For example, my colleague had a strong shower flow in his room, but my room had more of a trickle. But the hotel is pleasant, and the room was acceptable.

Requested non-smoking room. No appropriate reservation made. Upgrade offered to front room overlooking street. Asked for room to rear away from traffic.
Room OK but no telephone available for local calls. Engineer says system down - 2 months to repair.
Management demand cash payment for all drinks, meals, laundry treating me as a criminal, despite having used this hotel for over 10 years without any such problems before.
Washbasin plug jammed with basin full of water. Engineer called. Removed plug entirely, so then impossible to retain water in basin!
Laundry submitted before 0900 due by 1800 same day. Mine was returned 1100 following day.
Bar stock of Bintang beer ran out.
A thoroughly disappointing performance redeemed only by the charm & friendliness of most staff -but not of the management unfortunately.

I only stayed one night, on first appearance you see old peeling wallpaper everywhere on the way to your room and you begin to wonder what have you gotten yourself into.

On opening the door you see it's a little bit better inside. The bed and sheets were fine so I decided to stay. the power control system was hard to use I think the main problem is the bathroom.

The bathroom is very old and dated and made me feel slightly dirty when using but actually the water pressure wasn't bad.

I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Jakarta and for $10 more I could think of some nicer ones to stay at.

Good location, nice staff, would recommend this to others
