Cons:

Room floors were dirty and under the beds were absolutely disgusting and full of dust. The beds moved quite easily so is very easy to access under the beds to clean. Old apartments, full of rust and cupboard doors and door handles nearly falling off.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The pool was amazing, very clean. We stayed in winter and was heated so still warm enough for a swim and the spa was even hotter and lovely. The location was great, walk across a small road to the beach and a playground when it’s open (currently being upgraded). Lots of restaurants within walking distance including Maroochydore surf club. The room was comfy and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The room needed a bit of maintenance particularly in the second bedroom. There was staining on the ceiling near the windows like there had been a previous water leak. The curtains didn’t quite cover the whole window which would be an issue in summer with the early sun but also was an issue being only on the first floor and needing to get dressed, etc. Also to note there is only aircon in the living area, not an issue in winter but something to keep in mind for summer stays. Being winter the apartment was quite cool and yet there was only a sheet on the beds. There were blankets in the cupboard and the main bedroom had a duvet in the cupboard but it was several sizes too big for the bed. It would be nice in winter to have duvets on the bed as standard. These really are just small things and didn’t affect our stay at all.

3rd stay here. Love the roomy apartments and the tennis court.
Pros:

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here. We love that it has a tennis court and the rooms are so big.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like. My only very minor thought is that we could do with more spare rubbish bags for the bins, and an extra cake of soap. But that’s just being picky. The room was fantastic, loved the extra large balcony and we enjoy our tennis games. Thank you.

Penthouse was perfect very comfortable and well appointed, with a great area on the roof for entertaining and relaxing by the pool. The views are great !
