Reception opening hours are: Monday-Sunday 8:00AM-3:00PM.

All reservations require a valid credit card and this will be used to secure a deposit equal to one night's accommodations charge. Reservations will be processed for the total cost of the accommodations on the morning of check-in. Payments made by credit card will incur a fee equal to 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa and MasterCard, 1.9% of the transaction total for American Express, and 3% of the transaction total for Diners. Cash or EFTPOS payments will not incur a transaction fee. A valid Driver's License, Proof of Age Card, or Passport, as well as a credit card to cover any incidentals, will be required to check-in

The staff were all very helpful and were excellent. The balcony was better than expected and had a partial sea view.
The room was tiny with a small bed and a very small bathroom. We appreciate that this is an urban seaside hotel but it was a poor room and expensive compared with our stay at The Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel when recently in Sydney.
Great location, close to bars restaurants and the beautiful beach. We had a balcony which was a great place to chill, watch the world go by and see the sea. At night you could hear the sea if you opened the balcony doors which was lovely. Fresh bean to cup coffee making facilities were available free of charge throughout your stay what was located just down the hall from your room. It was kept replenished and immaculate throughout our stay. Great bar downstairs with a good selection of beers / drinks and food available. Great staff, nice welcome at reception and nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. Would definitely visit again.

Check-in wasn't great, a bit brusque and lacking in info, e.g. the nice system of free coffee at the bar for guests wasn't mentioned..Quite expensive given no breakfast (why don't you privide at least say coffee, juice and croissants for guests in their rooms). Decor/rooms starting to look a little tatty in places. I think the rating this hotel gets on booking is about right.
Had dinner at their new restaurant which was fantastic. service and food were fantastic. accommodation was fine. fantastic to be so close to the beach. staff were very friendly and helpful
I needed a little break with my 3 year old . And it was perfect each restaurant great the staff at reception great and they even moved me to a balcony room as I didn’t realise it was a internal room and my daughter was over the moon with the sea view . I’m def coming back

Not always staff around to ask questions
We were told by staff on checking in that we could park our cars in the car park across the road in the 3 hour parking bay and it would be ok until 10am the next morning. Our friends and I arrived at our cars before 10am and had both received $100 fines! The 2 rooms were very small with no view apart from the noisy building services aircon unit which kept me awake and at $310 a night for each room it was not worth, plus a $200 fine! very disappointing, we would not recommend to anyone !
