Reception opening hours are: Monday-Sunday 8:00AM-3:00PM.

All reservations require a valid credit card and this will be used to secure a deposit equal to one night's accommodations charge. Reservations will be processed for the total cost of the accommodations on the morning of check-in. Payments made by credit card will incur a fee equal to 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa and MasterCard, 1.9% of the transaction total for American Express, and 3% of the transaction total for Diners. Cash or EFTPOS payments will not incur a transaction fee. A valid Driver's License, Proof of Age Card, or Passport, as well as a credit card to cover any incidentals, will be required to check-in

Great spot right near the beach . Chilling with a cold beer watching the sunset was awesome
The hotel itself is in a pretty good location. It is across the road from a beautiful beach and a great spot to see the sunsets.
It may have been this weekend that was particularly disorganised, but that was our experience from our stay, which was unfortunate.
There was no one on reception when we arrived, but once we asked at the bar, someone did our check in. We stayed in one of the interior rooms, and the vents that were outside the window were noticeably loud, and once we discussed with the manager (although initially they appeared a little annoyed) they did facilitate a room change which we appreciated.
We went to the reception the following morning to ask about using their bikes, but there was no one there and the cleaner advised me no one arrived yet, although it was after the hour that the reception said it was open. The cleaner kindly tried to help with sorting bikes but couldn't find the code for the locks, so we werent able to use them. When we came back an hour later there was still no one at reception.
The room itself was relatively comfortable. There were stains on the carpet and curtains, and the UHT milk in the room was out of date several months. Other than that the stay itself was fine, although I would be unlikely to stay there again. The location was the best part of the accommodation- if you want to be on the beach, it is ideally situated.

The location was central to everything. The views from our balcony and the restaurant amazing!
No lift to help with heavy cases appreciate it’s an old building though. Maybe could have more wardrobe space or drawers?
Awesome location and I was given a free upgrade
The booking claimed to have free on-site parking but there was none. Either had to get lucky and snag a park on the nearest side street or head two streets over to get any parking. False advertising there that needs to be corrected.

The staff were all very helpful and were excellent. The balcony was better than expected and had a partial sea view.
The room was tiny with a small bed and a very small bathroom. We appreciate that this is an urban seaside hotel but it was a poor room and expensive compared with our stay at The Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel when recently in Sydney.
