Reception opening hours are: Monday-Sunday 8:00AM-3:00PM.

All reservations require a valid credit card and this will be used to secure a deposit equal to one night's accommodations charge. Reservations will be processed for the total cost of the accommodations on the morning of check-in. Payments made by credit card will incur a fee equal to 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa and MasterCard, 1.9% of the transaction total for American Express, and 3% of the transaction total for Diners. Cash or EFTPOS payments will not incur a transaction fee. A valid Driver's License, Proof of Age Card, or Passport, as well as a credit card to cover any incidentals, will be required to check-in

Basic is overpriced
Pros:

Location, food and drink. Bathroom was renovated. Auto/adjustable light and fan was a nice touch with seperate a/c.

Cons:

Tiny room (barely the size of a bedroom) overlooking a horrible roof and utilities like air conds. Feel like because it was booked via here they provide 1 of prob the 3 worst budget rooms avail but price isn't reflective of how cheap the room and outlook is.

Great place!
Pros:

Fantastic location with a food and drink (2 bars) on-site. Golf course just next door which was nice.

Cons:

We didn't get a view of the sea.. just unlucky i suppose. Would be nice to have that option.

Fantastic Staff. Fantastic Location. Choose the right room type with an 'ocean view'!
Pros:

Location is amazing - right on Cottesloe beach! The room type is really important at this venue. My friends had beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean. I had a room at the back of the venue that was the size of a European room - very small, felt dated, looked out to a roof with no view. This was the only room type that was available when I booked, so just try to get a room overlooking the ocean as there is a big difference and you'll be much happier in those rooms!

Pros:

The hotel & staff were absolutely amazing! Didn’t realise there was no elevator and had booked the night as my partner was having knee surgery and panicked when I realised it was only stairs. The manager & other staff were so accommodating and happy to help wherever they could! Would absolutely recommend staying here! Location is perfect just across from the beach and a restaurant below

Bed was comfortable and good location for the beach.

Cons:

Coffee cups were dirty, heater was filthy inside and barely worked. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the other rooms televisions, obviously it's above a pub so normal noise from that on a Saturday night but every time another person staying in the hotel came back you could hear them all the way from the foyer. Wouldn't stay again, too expensive for what it is.
