Great location but a bit disappointed with apartment.

Great location and spacious apartment. Nice gym to use.

Cons:

Just needs a bit of attention. Shower head broken, cooker hood broken, no net curtains in bedroom 1 so had to pull full curtains to change. The carpets need a deep clean, the rest of apartment had been cleaned well.These things might not bother some people and in great location, but just be aware of expectations.
We were only given one set of keys for first day (as arrived on a Sunday) and the intercom on door entry wasn't working so we couldn't go out separately until reception opened the next day. We were unlucky with timing as there was a crane for the day outside our window delivering materials. That is not the fault of the property.

A very tired apartment block but location was great.

Cons:

Building site right next door, 6am starts with smoking tradies wafting into bedroom. I know they couldn’t control this but we weren’t given the heads up and it impacted our restful holiday. No beach towels provided.

Our deluxe double room was very comfortable with everything we needed.
Managers were both lovely.

Cons:

Even though we had lovely recliners the main three seater did not work at all.
The balcony was very old and it would have been nice to have a small table outside.
Also to have some decent coffee not Bushells

A wonderful four days in a great apartment in a beautiful location right on the beach

The location is wonderful. The facilities are excellent. The grounds are beautifully kept. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating

Cons:

The gym could do with an upgrade and only one lift was working

Pros:

Location Is paramount. Right on the beach and short travel to everything you need.

Cons:

Dirty dishes, glasses, food remnant in cutlery draw. Fry pan had egg still on it. Mist items had to be washed before use. Range hood very dirty and greasy. Had to open cupboard doors to pull range hood out to use. Ketle black inside.
Washing powder, and liquid, sand residue in washing machine tray and bowl. Small bathroom, main door and shower door hit toilet seat, . Single bed in second bedroom broken springs. Little water pressure in main unsuite shower. Stained lounge material and cushions
