Affordable by the beach views are endless 🏝️
Pros:

Pool facilities, ease of parking, beach on doorstep, garden amazing, security good, balcony awesome

Cons:

Curtains were all holes possibly eaten by moths insects and they did not shut fully over the windows making sleep difficult with a 4.30am sunrise .. found old sand a chips,snacks etc in the sofa cushions in the main room ..cleaners need to take more care !
Unfortunately a building is going up right next door and they start at 6am to 7pm a saturdays ! Progress I get still 😞

The best accommodation we have stayed at on the Gold Coast.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms well presented. Bed extremely comfortable and the view was magnificent. Pool and spa area a credit to them. Temperature was exactly right and cleanliness a credit edit to everyone concerned. Will definitely stay there again.

Nothing. It was all excellent from start to finish of our stay.

Close to the Beach
Pros:

We had a nice time during our stay at 19th Avenue, we enjoyed the apartment which is the good size for a family, pool and games room were lots of fun, however, could do with some upgrading. The location is really close to the beach which is awesome.

Cons:

The apartment needs a deep clean, the spa in our room did not work which was disappointing and we were not provided with pool towels. Some kitchen staples would have been great, salt and pepper etc. for the price it I think that a nicer instant coffee and tea could have been provided.

Heated pool was a hit with the kids
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Very comfortable. Heated pool was a huge hit for a July school holiday.

Cons:

The light switch in the bathroom was on the ceiling, which is something have never previously experienced - it took me a long time to find it! This meant the kids couldn’t reach it.
