Pros:

Nice room in a nice pub with great pizza indeed!
Bathrooms were also nice and never occupied

Cons:

Since the pub operates only in the afternoon/evening it can get quite tricky when you arrive early like me to leave your luggage

I painted a beach view, framed it and hung it up in the hotel as a sneaky thanks!
Pros:

The location was great and the kitchen was stocked with a range of electric plug-in appliances as alternatives to the microwave.

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been a good addition. the kitchen was missing a strainer/colander But other than that it was great!

Enjoyed the night walk to the harbour as the accommodation was so conveniently located

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was convenient. The pizza shop within the Hotel made great pizzas.

Cons:

No air-conditioning and it was a stifling hot night, so not very comfortable at all. The room was small. Also didn't like the shared bathroom and toilets as well as a shared kitchen although didn't mind it as much because it was clean and roomy.

Handy Place to Stay
Pros:

Good place to stay if your not looking for something fancy. Rooms were basic but comfortable, however rather warm and really do require a air-conditioning unit rather than just a ceiling fan which did not provide much comfort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals consisted of pizza only which were nice - if they could incorporate something more it would be great. Having said that, I would recommend staying there.

The room was tidy, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

It was noisy from the pub but that was expected at time of booking, so nothing negetive to note!

The hotel is lovely and the rooms would be great, but I think it’s for younger people

It probably was not the right place for me and my son, but I think it would be great for younger people. The staff were amazing and really helpful.

the Ori is a great spot to rest when doing things in newcastle

It’s in a great location, the room was quite when the bar was noisy the staff were super friendly and helpful and the Pizza was fantastic
