Good location but would be very hot in summer,
Pros:

Location was excellent & a great view.

Cons:

No ceiling fans & Sun very hot on balcony with no way to shade room so really couldn’t sit outside during day. Had to sit inside with curtains drawn to avoid hot sun coming into room.

Enjoyed our four night stay at Bayview Towers
Pros:

The property had great views of the main beach of Yeppoon and in the centre of town. Breakfast included in price which is rare these days.
