Superb
Pros:

Location was great and lovely rooms. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to assist including with transport. Thank you Julie!

We enjoyed the hospitality and good vibes and the pool, bar and pizza on offer made for a wonderful holiday.
Pros:

It’s gorgeous, well situated with river view but the main road is within walking distance. Super accommodating owners, genuinely friendly people.

Cons:

Nothing, it was gorgeous.

Perfect apartment
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay, great location and their little bar and outdoor area with fire pits is fantastic. We loved having a cocktail and listening to music on a Sunday. A six km walk loop around the campaspe starts nearby.

Cons:

They don’t serve breakfast but there is a cafe with great pancakes or bacon and eggs at the end of the street

Cock and Bull was memorable - for all the right reasons
Pros:

The vibe at Cock and Bull as a boutique hotel with a bar and garden setting on the banks of the river was unexpected and amazing all at the same time. The hosts made us feel like personal guests/friends, nothing was too mush trouble. They had great local recommendations and just up the road we had the best Italian this side of Italy. The room really is a small apartment, it was furnished like a airB&B and is much more than a hotel. We were so happy - we left a gift of cheese and wine for the owners because they did go out of their way.

Cons:

There is always a downside to reviews. Big downer was our stay was not for a couple days longer. One night was not long enough. This is a place you can rest up and use as a base to return to.

Relaxing
Pros:

A beautiful property in walking distance to everything. A lovely wine bar overlooking the river, complete with antics from mum and baby possums.
Friendly hosts, enjoyed drinks and conversation.
Pretty front garden, pool, everything attended to. Loved the fresh milk in the fridge.

Staying at the CockNBull
Pros:

The quality of the spacious living quarters was outstanding. Hosts Julie and Russell were very accommodating, and we got the impression they really like what they're doing. The on-premises bar at the river's edge is a very nice touch. We'll be back!

Pros:

Fantastic location. Wine Bar which opens on Thursday through Sunday was a bonus. Clean and comfortable. The Echuca distillery about 150 metres away is amazing-food and drink
The three upstairs rooms have 17 stairs so if mobility is a problem ask for the two downstairs suites. Bed was excellent

Lovely stay
Pros:

We had a lovely relaxing stay in the Etona apartment.
The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities you need are there.
The property is on the banks of the Campapse River, with great views and a short walk to the Port of Echuca with many pubs, shops and restaurants.
The only negative was the wifi was very weak, but I think that’s indicative of the rural area.

Lovely property in a great location next to the Campaspe River and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Old Echuca Port area. The apartment was very comfortable. It is very close to a major road and traffic noise is considerable in the living area but the bedroom was quiet.
