Pros:

Location, size and features of the unit. Unfortunately the lift was under repair so we had to use the stairs but the lady helped us carry our luggage upstairs. There were four of us all in our 70's and 80's so we really appreciated all the help she gave us .

Cons:

The lift being out but hopefully it will be ok when we next visit

Great location to everything but still quiet for families.
Pros:

Location is great as it is in a quiet street, family friendly park and beach across the road. Lift from secure car park to room level. Neat, clean and tidy. Great pool and sun area. Rooms are quiet and unable to hear other guests. The room was well decorated and clean. Bathrooms had plenty of bench space and places to hang towels. Great water pressure! Rooms had ceiling fans and living area had A/C. Plenty of spare pillows and blankets if needed. Bed was a double only and a little uncomfortable for us, but we have never stayed at a place with a perfect bed. Parking in the below bays is great, as long as you don't have a very large vehicle, then there is off-street parking. Supplied Wifi was good and work well enough,

Cons:

The was one small round bar of soap in the main bathroom. I was unaware that we needed to supply our own soap, so I went and bought some. There were also no shampoo or conditioner as a complementary option, I always bring my own regardless. The batteries in the TV and A/C remotes (in lounge room) were flat; I went and bought my own and used them until we left and replaced back the original batteries. We were on level 3 and found the view was limited, as we had no direct sea view only trees, but if we looked left to Bulcocks beach we could see some water. There was no Netflix or other online channels that we were unable to locate.

Perfect location and nice spacious apartment with massive balcony
Pros:

Great location and nice spacious unit! Perfect to have two bathrooms and kitchen

Cons:

There was one giant bed and a very small double which didn’t work for our group of 4 adults so someone had to sleep on the couch.
