Lovely venue in great location.
Pros:

Great location. Very professional and friendly staff even on a very busy public holiday weekend. Quaint room with very comfortable bed.

Lovely, but didn't quite match the picture on the cover.
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely, spacious room

Cons:

We booked this property for the convenience of dinner at the tavern, however it was shut for the duration of our stay. Very disappointing, and strange in the peak summer holiday period. The room was right next to noisy cool room exhaust fans, which disrupted sleep. Needs another towel rack.

Basecamp for a weekend in the Stirling and Porongurup Ranges; comfy bed, cold beer amazing food!
Pros:

Quaint place with a friendly vibe. Perfect base for my weekend of hiking (Stirling and Porongurup ranges) Loved the relaxed tavern & time spent on the balcony watching the world go by. Last but not least love the highland cows, goats and lamas, all just added to the character of the place.

Cons:

Spa bath was amazing after a day of hiking - but feel the bath needs a shower curtain.

What an amazing spot! We were so impressed by how friendly every single staff was to us and felt so fortunate to have stayed here! We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family!

Pros:

The location is amazing. The animals on the property make it really family friendly

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. The shower backed up in one of the bathrooms, the sink was tiny to clean dishes in. The food at the restaurant was below average, hard to believe it was cooked by a chef.

Will be great but not yet!
Pros:

Wonderful location, great grounds, interesting old buildings, huge suite (whole of cottage), fabulous potential only beginning to be realised. Owner was very helpful at check-in.

Cons:

Very cold, cobwebs, plant debris & dust in suite. Meal menu much shorter and more limited than shown on website. Meal not great. Staff really struggled to deal with the Sunday crowd.

Definitely worth visiting at least for 2 nights !
Pros:

Great location, great accommodation, great people, simply lovely.
Very nice bar cafe with drinks and food. A lot of animals! Spacious houses with 2 bedrooms and a terrace.
Great opportunities for light hiking trips and making winery visits afterwards

Cons:

Got our keys a bit later than quoted , however got two complimentary drinks at a bar. It was a bit dirty, however not critical
