Was not a comfortable enjoyable night.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Shower was clean and hot.

Cons:

Room 7 door was a massive struggle to open or close. Some of the switches was covered in black tape. There were patches on the wall in 3 places. Room smells damp and mouldy. Bed was very bouncy and not nice for two people to sleep on.

Good value has most of what you need.
Pros:

I have been to this site several times as I work in region regularly, It is good value and has most of what you need, Yet no microwave this is unusual but generally make do as I usually only stay 1 -2 nights at a time.

Cons:

No Microwave TV can be difficult little bit ageing.

Pros:

It was a pretty good price and obviously quite convenient but so close to the pub for a meal or drink

Cons:

I had a an absolute crackhead that was awake for roughly 72 hours straight banging around in the room next to me and making heaps of strange noises absolutely off his head. Out of 18 rooms there were three people using them and everyone got out right next to eachother. And obviously the part of town and the cheap price attracts some grubs.

Would not stop there again.
Pros:

clean white towels and sheets.

Cons:

motel is very old and in much need of repair. Hand basin water flowed outside onto the ground. Aluminium edge bench cover underneath was discusting. light switch held in place with tape. the aluminium cover on bench held in place with tape.
Gutters on motel are rusted out. No eve covers. can see the inside of the roof. Mold on ceiling and paint peeling off out side shower.
