It was everything I expected it would be and much more and I will be staying there again very soon!
Pros:

It was located at one of my favourite pubs on the planet and it had everything I needed and for a reasonable price.

Cons:

That there wasn’t a bar tab on at any of the bars haha.

Great location, great views, comfortable and clean. Staff helpful.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Lots of bars of different types at the hotel.

Cons:

Initially offered a room with no daylight. Fortunately we checked in early enough to have it changed. Partial breakfast menu only with our B&B rate, but there were enough choices.

We enjoyed the sunrise from our 2 balconies, the free netflix & breakfast :)
Pros:

close to the beach

Cons:

no hot water at night & the bath tub drain from the room we stayed is broken, we cannot fill water, it keeps on draining

Cozy little room right in manly beach
Pros:

Really clean and tidy, nice room and well equipped.

Cons:

It’s a noisy environment since there’s a pub downstairs but didn’t really bother from inside the room. There was coffee provided but not kettle to heat the water! Parking around is impossible

Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate early morning. It was false alarm. There was no reason given or real apology.

Cosy and clean
Pros:

Good staff- communicative. Staff upgraded me from a double to queen on a weekday. Helpful and nice. Really cute room, comfy.

Cons:

The bar staff could better understand the hotel guests and organising food for them. I had to ask to take cutlery and asked to return it , ha.
Just FYI.. you’re staying in a pub. Keg deliveries and construction may wake you at 7am- but made a good reason to walk the beach. Good stay, really.

Cons:

Staff turned music up very loud while we were eating dinner and we couldn't really hear each other. Asked them to turn it down which they dud momentarily then they turned it back up. I didn't feel comfortable there
