Pros:

Very accomodating

Cons:

I paid the full payment through booking.com but have noticed they have also charged my husbands credit card for full payment.
Need to make contact to reimburse me as this accommodation has been paid in full twice.

I was not satisfied with the service because I was asked for a $100 deposit, and it still hasn't been returned.

Great place to stay at Empire hotel
Pros:

I loved that the Manager was so helpful and friendly. We were held up in Melbourne and she let us have a late checkout at no extra cost. This was very helpful as we were already losing an hour due to daylight savings beginning

Cons:

Everything was lovely

Not suitable for people with difficulty going upstairs, house ear plugs so you can sleep. Not oK.
Pros:

I ended up not staying. Stairs not disability friendly and the venue gives you ear plugs for the noise. Might suit young people but paid, did not stay and found something more suitable for same price.

Cons:

See above. Not for me, lost my money.n
