Highly recommended for families
Pros:

It’s a walking distance to the boulevard and other establishments. We realized it on our second day so we skipped the trike and just walked around.

Great location, friendly staff,, large rooms 👌

Super location, Center of the downtown area, max 5 minutes walk to the seaside boulevard,, would stay again.

Cons:

Actually everything was fine, frequent fast elevators, great open buffet breakfast, spacious reception area..

It was my third time staying there and I will go back again
Pros:

The staff were very courtious a always. Breakfast is very good there. It's a great location close to shopping and not far from the waterfront and boulevard.

Cons:

They advertise cable TV and Satelite. But it is nothing but internet and streaming services that are not free of charge. That was my only disappointment with my stay there. They could improve in that area.

Staff and people around the hotel were fantastic but the hotel wasn’t up to our expectations
Pros:

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, Jason our concierge, Karen our room attendant, Gony in the restaurant

Cons:

The property was not good, very noisy in hallways, television didn’t work for 3 days during our stay

Spacious Rooms
Pros:

The rooms are larger than most, come with a kettle, android TV, a great spacious shower and real black-out curtains. The A/C was super efficient and as the room really holds the cold air in well, you can turn off the A/C for long periods at a time given the room remained cool.

The rooms are starting to show their age but they are well maintained and the rooms clean.

The breakfast buffet is local style fare which is fine but it was a limited choice. The service crews in the hotel restaurant were excellent and attended to the guests well.

Jollibee and a 7/11 are a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

Grab triclyes are readily available through the Grab app. I took a Grab tricycle to the airport and it only cost PHP 77. Haggling with the tricycle drivers will only cost you 3 or 4 times more otherwise.

I'll definitely stay again on my next business trip.

Cons:

I found the front desk to be in total chaos. The hotel had a lot of interns on the front desk so it isn't most efficient nor a very helpful front desk as the interns weren't being supervised by any senior staff at the time.

Highly recommendable! Worth the money! and Good service.
Pros:

The staff seems to have a lot of interns, which is delightful, but they are polite, welcoming, and among the nicest people I've ever encountered. The meal is the greatest in Dumaguete and has one of the best flavors. Well worth my money! The greatest experience, good food, and good people. Padayon!

Not what I expected
Pros:

The food ,kind staff

Cons:

The jacuzzi that I was like, Why I booked it ,it was broken then. Not working..We told the staff, but still the last day we stay not working when we try.
On the last day of stay didn't give us water
No slippers too
