Great place near in everything and good logistics if you want to explore the city of Dumaguete
Pros:

The free breakfast is near the Sans Rival Cafe and near the airport. This is our 2nd time staying in the hotel, but we loved our room before that, which we had during our stay. But it's still nice and comfy

Mooie kamer die ik niet zou boeken mocht ik weet hebben van het niet werkend bubbelbad.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was goed.
De locatie is goed gelegen.
De oppervlakte van de kamer OK.

Cons:

Ik heb de suite gehuurd omdat er op foto een bubbelbad aanwezig was.
Het bubbelbad werkte niet. Ik liet dit weten en er zou iemand langskomen.
Dezelfde avond niet hersteld. Volgende dag niemand meer gezien.
Daarnaast werkte de wifi niet, alsook de smartfunctie op de tv.
Heel jammer, want de kamer zelf incl. terras was een topper.

It was very comfortable and a great stay at Hotel Essencia.
Pros:

It was indeed a great experienced staying at Hotel Essencia. The food was very good. The staffs were so friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Actually everything was good except for the water heater. I don't know if there was a switch or something. I was always in a hurry so I didn't get the chance to ask for assistance. I love taking a bath with warm water. Anyway next time I'll ask for assistance.

Pros:

Location mostly and fair value for money

Cons:

Bathroom and towels...No hot water...low quality faucets...dirty floor (had to wear my slipper all the time)...air conditioning very poor.

Good value for money, and the breakfast was great

Horrible breakfast Painfully stiff bed.
Cons:

Worst (hardest) bed I've ever slept on. My back is still sore from that night. It's been 3 nights ago.
