Very kind, gracious staff. Beautiful facility! Great location.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great variety at breakfast.

Cons:

Wish we could have had more towels. Wish we could have had adjoining rooms, but the AC was broken in the adjoining room they tried to give us. I appreciate that they gave us another room close by though!

Ok transit hotel
Pros:

After a night flight we had 7 hours waiting in Manokwari and decided to go to Aston, because its located very close to the airport. Outside the hotel looks great, but rooms are pretty worn out and definitely not 4 stars.
+ very friendly, helpful and efficient receptionist
+ clean sheets and towels, coffeemaker, fridge
+ breakfast: nor many western dishes, but plenty fruits, cakes, omelette
- no sign for do not disturb, so just after we fell asleep, housekeeping belled us awake
Alltogether, if you have to stay in Manokwari Aston is a good option.
