Nice view, comfortable and clean, close to intersection but not too noisy, walls are thin, could hear the neighbours but was no problem, a coffee sachet for the plunger each morning would be good and maybe coffee sachets could be upgraded to a better brand. Would stay again.

Location was good, beds were comfortable and the room was modern. Our only comment was the price for that time of year, but the manager was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Very pleasant person.

Just got back from a fantastic stay at Baileys at the beach motel. If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Was such a stunning room with a beautiful view over the ocean. This unit was one on the upper floor-it was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Lovely little touches like toiletries and robes were a nice touch. Warm welcome on arrival from the owner-thank you for a great stay.
Wow!!! This property was just lovely, so up to date with beautiful space - awesome views with balcony! Wish we had more time to spend there -very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this property

We had an upstairs room. With amazing views out to the ocean. Was a great place to stay.
There was double glazing so all sound was blocked out.
The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well kitted out. Had everything that we could need. The hosts were amazing and so welcoming. We will be back.
The owners were very kind, gracious, and their advice on where to go in the area could not have been better. The building, grounds and rooms were extremely clean.
The property is conveniently located close tomahor attractions on the east coast fof the Coromandel and close to the beach.
The rate per night however is excessive for what you pay and what you get.
Early morning road noise is not how you want to be woken up in the early hours of the morning.

Nice room upstairs with great view from balcony to the beach. Just a few steps from the beach and a short drive into town. The manager was v friendly and helpful, nice stay.

What a gem of a place!! Right opposite the beach and a short stroll from the town centre and cafe's/bars etc. Really comfortable and the hosts were lovely and helpful
