Will absolutely stay again!
Pros:

Excellent location, quiet, and great customer service. Great value for money. My mother was also very impressed and we’ll be visiting again!

Cons:

The garage car park was difficult for me to park and manoeuvre in, however I do have a large SUV and it really wasn’t such a problem considering everything else about the property made up for it.

Pros:

Great location and we were lucky enough to have an apartment with 3 balconies and a great outlook. Apartment was well maintained and comfortable. Much prefer Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast.

Good for a cheap stay with a great location but lower your expectations on other things.
Pros:

Location was sensational with kids to access the beach across the road. Option to be in with the waves or the calmer bay area, or walk up to the Beach Pool up Kings Beach. Lovely beach view and breeze straight into the apartment and garage immediately downstairs. We walked to most places, including the Sunday markets up the road, dinner and ice cream by the beachside. Lots of food variety and shops. Kids loved the games/toy store and we loved the bakery on Bulcock that had delicious Vietnamese food too.

Cons:

Floors were filthy and our feet felt stuck to the tiles. Very old inside and needed a refurb. Bathroom had mould and both bathroom and toilet windows faced the stairwell so we heard every footstep and screaming toddler going up and down, even through bed time. Very annoying as even with windows closed, there is a mesh breather that you cannot close. Beds made us itchy, but only one of us had mozzie bites so could have been a mix of things biting. Heated pool also wasn’t very warm at all and still a cold dive in.

Absolutely perfect!
Pros:

Perfect location.
A large apartment overlooking the beach. I loved it that much I could have lived here! We loved sitting on the balcony at night watching the world go by.
Clean tidy apartment. Great facilities.
Easy parking.
Clear directions to book in. Lovely staff.
