A peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful lakeside location.
Pros:

Lovely lakeside location with beautiful views and an easy walk into Merimbula. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the area felt peaceful and relaxing. It’s a great spot to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.

Cons:

Nothing at all, the bed was a little too soft but I think that is just personal preference

Super place to stay if travelling along Australia's south coast
Pros:

Great overnight stay - big room with kitchenette. The owner was very friendly. The grass is so well tended that I genuinely thought it was the plastic grass .. looked great.

Pros:

The position great on lake,comfort and easy walking to beach. Has a good pool. Busy with family groups this time of year. Communal bbq and games facilities. Welcome goodies in fridge was a lovely surprise. Big fridge and some basic kitchen equipment and cooking facilities great for traveller. Loved view from studio room. Great for solo or couple. Bigger apartments available.

Great location in Fishpen. Walking distance to some awesome spots. Fantastic apartment and complex. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. Gardens were beautiful. Great pool and BBQ area.

Fantastic location and views across the water and oyster leases.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Super quiet at night. The view from the room overlooking the water was amazing. The room was very clean. Parking was off street close to the unit.

Pros:

We loved the easy access,close parking,tidy,clean, and comfortable room.we weren't bothered by anyone, which was easy and comfortable.the location was beautiful

Cons:

The shower was small but had awesome water preassure.the shower door allowed water onto the floor,the pillows were rock solid (could be just me) overall none of these would stop me from coming back i liked the place

A delight to wake up every day and watch the sun settle over the town af night.
Pros:

The position is perfect. An all day sunny aspect looking over Merimbula Lake. The gardens and the cleanliness of the bbq and pool areas are the nest we have seen. Congratulations to the groundskeeper

Cons:

The kitchen could do with extra crockery and cooking items. A salad bowl and some platters for cheese etc. would be appreciated. There is the very bare minimum and as every cupboard has a little something in it there was no where to place groceries. A small thing but it makes a big difference..especially during a longer stay
