Dirtiest place I have ever stayed!
Pros:

I liked the location as my son was in hospital - it was easy to walk to the hospital from the location.
The bed had clean sheets and was comfortable.

Cons:

It was filthy, not just a little bit dirty, like disgusting dirty. It seemed like the only thing they did to prepare for my stay was to put clean sheets on the bed. The floor was sticky, the handles on the cupboard were visibly dirty and sticky, the cushions on the broken lounge were mouldy. It’s not like someone couldn’t see how filthy / mouldy they were because the cushions were placed with the zippers facing because the other side of them were putrid. There appear onto be blood smeared on the wall, the blinds also had some sort of splatter on them. Shower was dirty, hair on the floor and the bench. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and bits of stuff was coming up from the drain.
Thankfully I spent most of the days at the hospital with my son so didn’t have to spend a lot of time at the apartment. They only allow 4 photos to be uploaded but I have many many more.. Definitely not worth the money spent even with the free parking.

Overall good, after my frustrating start of not been able to initially contact the on duty manager.
Pros:

Quite a spacious unit and generally everything I needed. Overall, the facilities were fine. The air conditioners in both the lounge and bedroom were very good.

Cons:

My only real concern was the fact that when I arrived at around 8pm as previously advised, nobody was there. I used the intercom at the entrance several times, but nobody replied. Luckily, I had internet access on my phone, so was able to phone the young man who was on duty, so I could check in.

I was in unit 20, and the bathroom rail had been broken by a previous tenant. The latch locking the bedroom glass sliding door is not secure. It would be easy for someone to break in.

Not a problem, but there was only one remote control for two heat pumps/air conditioners.

Units could do with a general tidy up, bathroom mould, chipped benchtops etc, but these are small criticisms.

Comfortable and well appointed would have been perfect if I was travelling with a car and not on foot

Locality the ONLY bonus
Pros:

Cons:

* followed instructions on front gate to contact reception (thankfully a permanent resident advised gate was not actually secured & to just head in after waiting for an answer on intercom)
* reception unattended upon arrival in spite of advertising they should have still been present
* no wifi password provided although advertised as free wifi
* advertised as cable tv channels & dvd player but neither present
* 2nd downstairs bedroom has no air conditioning
* cleaning & maintenance needs MAJOR attention!

Good location old building
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

There was no staff at the office to check in and I had to call to arrange the key in the wall safe.
The accommodation was very old and could do with a refresh. There was a lot of leaves on the rear courtyard outside the bedroom.

Convenient location, value for money.
Pros:

Close to where I needed to be. Close to roma street train station. It was value for money. One bedroom apartment all to my self. Was able to eat dinner at a table, sit on the couch to watch tv. It was like a mini home from home.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, but was able to get to sleep. There were some areas that weren't cleaned properly, but overall it wasn't too bad.

Pros:

The bed was the only clean thing in the room

Cons:

As soon as I walked into the room with the person I was staying with and sat on the couch, I started noticing how dirty the room was. There was toe nail clippings, dirt, and leftover oats on the floor. The dishes looked like they hadn't even been cleaned, so I had to clean them before even using them. The bathroom was full of mould. The only clean room was the bedroom

Perfect for my staycation
Pros:

It's perfect for what I needed. The kitchen is perfect for taking & storing my own food. I love that my car is parked securely whilst I stay. Great location as I can walk to the city easily.

Cons:

Wasn't anything I disliked.
