Very poor customer service
Pros:

Quiet and very close to hospital.
Reasonable rates and free parking.

Cons:

Internet didn’t work
Office was rarely open
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable

If they bother to give it a good clean and replaced the faulty items the hotel will be rated higher.
Pros:

The location is good and the staff helpful.
The walk to the free bus is not far.
The taxi ride to the Roma Street station is not far.

Cons:

It was extremely dirty and not hygenic. Never spend any time in such a dirty place that needs a good clean before. The venetian blinds cannot be pulled up and the bed was lumpy and should be replaced by a new and firm mattress. My friend's apartment the tv remote did not work and the clothes horse collapsed. The windows are dirty. The stove is dirty. The shower should not be over the bath tub as it was too high to climb in. There should be a stool to stand to get into the bath tub.

If the place especially the bathroom and kitchen is clean then it is a much more pleasant stay
Pros:

the staff were most helpful, the location was good

Cons:

it was not clean a lot of dust and dirt which needs a good clean. the laundry between the washing machine n tub have a inch of dust. tv remote not working. the balcony is black. the venetian blinds cannot lift up. The shower have to climb inside the bath tub which is too high.

Happy and value for money.
Pros:

The accommodation offered excellent value for money. The 2-bedroom apartment featured two separate bathrooms, which was very convenient. The upstairs bedroom had specially designed lighting around the mirror, greatly assisting with makeup application, particularly during my interstate wedding attendance. The air-conditioning units performed well. The staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating an extended checkout time at no extra cost.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no easy access to the upper floor, which made carrying luggage a bit of a challenge.

Clean and got everything we needed for 2 nights , secured car park also Peter is kind to let us use car park after check out due to late night flight

Good area, pretty dusty
Pros:

It was a good area and price, person who gave me my keys was friendly, nice quiet building.

Cons:

Paid extra for a cot for baby but didn't receive and no reply to email regarding this, or how to check in and no staff in office when buzzed. Hole in the wall next to toilet. Couch had white crusty stains on back and was covered in dust as well as fixtures and light switches covered in dust had to take antihistamines for entire stay and avoid couch.

I would happily stay here again if needing to be near hospitals or local conferences
Pros:

Disappointed a little that of the 5 tiny milk containers 2 were empty. The verandah had a bottle top & half lemon on table.
The kitchen equipment all too high for me at 5 ft tall.
The bathroom outlet smelt unclean - but the same in Mercure hotel so I wonder if the sewerage pipes in area outdated. I did like the facilities in the apartment

Great for a few nights stay.

Cons:

Didn't realize there were so many stairs, we were on the top floor so exhausting lugging all our bags up.
