Pros:

Wir hatten die große Wohnung im 2. Stock bekommen, weil diese einen sehr schönen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer bot. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Im Garten gab es einen kleinen Pool, den wir ganz für uns allein nutzen konnten.

Cons:

In der Nacht liefen Maschinen, die offensichtlich auf dem Dach installiert waren. Durch diesen Lärm war der Schlaf leider ständig gestört. Nur mit Ohrstöpsel konnte man einigermaßen schlafen. Die Betten waren zu schmal.

Taking out the electrical tag could not leave washer or dryer going while out of unit. Upon leaving dishwasher would have turned off and dishes not have been washed

Pros:

Location is fantastic, free private parking on site with a lovely pool. Air cons worked great, full laundry access and full sized kitchen. Lovely water pressure in showers and a lift to make transportation of luggage and prams easy.

Cons:

Fans were remote controlled and old, some remotes didn't have batteries so we had to continue to switch them out to turn fans on. A little outdated and didn't receive the cot we asked for, but otherwise absolutely fine for our short stay

Pros:

The location is great, The property is big and spacious, good bath towels, well equipped basic kitchen.

Cons:

The bedroom is huge in size, yet the bed is only double in size. It would be good to have side tables. The aircon can only work in the property if you leave the key in the power slot, so you cannot lock your property and leave the aircon on or fans. except for fridge no appliances will work if you take the key with you. There are fans in the bedroom but they don't work. So have to resort to aircon, which can be cold. Bathroom is clean and spacious. In the living room the furniture is not very clean, the chairs have old food stuck to it. Kitchen is very good, has pots and pans. Would be helpful to have a few storage boxes of various sizes that could be used when going for the day for food. You have to ask for beach towels or confirm that you need them, which is very strange as its a beach resort and we had to wait 2 days to get ours. Also beach towels are very big and thick and gets very uncomfortable to carry with you and also dry too long. However bath towels are really good big white and fluffy. There is a lift in a complex so very helpful feature.

Cons:

The 'hum' from the box/panel on the wall near the kitchen. At night it was very noticeable- we had to close the bedroom door!

Fabulous location
Pros:

Cons:

Couldn’t flush toilet paper, banging noises woke us up every morning ?pipes? The ocean view for our apartment was blocked by trees
