Keep the Old Memories. The New are Disappointing.
Pros:

Its beautiful and we have been many times in the past. Still elegant.

Tania our sign in host was a gracious, elegant lady. Very cordial and welcoming.

A lovely lady with manners and a radiant smile. Sorely missed today in a lot of establishments.

Cons:

The bed was hard as rock. The pillows like concrete. And the blanket came from another era. I prefer a light bedspread Once under the sheets the Manchester squashed you down and kept you stuck in a cocoon position for the whole night. Probably because of the old, heavy blanket of a horrible, indiscriminate colour.

I'm sorry we've stayed many times in the past without any trouble.

We were in the Spa Room. There was no welcome to the room just clean sterile and unwelcoming.

And the fridge in the closet. Where was the hanging space?
Where was the welcome wine and chocolates?

And the toilet? OMG. What a major design flaw. And it smelled all the time. In the bathroom and the room. It put you off wanting a spa.

We left early. My back was killing me with pain. My head throbbing.

Very sad.

Will we be back? To Renmark, definitely Yes.
To The Renmark Hotel? I'm not sure.

Tania our sign in host was gorgeous in attitude and service and welcoming us both. That was the only Plus.

Average, with nice outlook & restaurants
Pros:

Location & staff at restaurant . Nice meal at nanya restaurant. Free laundromat.

Cons:

Room very tired although good size & bed comfy. No water glasses only wine glasses. Needed to run shower at least two minutes before hot water came through, gross waste of water.
