Outstanding accommodation in an unbeatable location. Close to everything we wanted to see and do in Merimbula. Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

It was nice except for fridge experience but wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Location great very clean

Cons:

The fridge could have been set at the right temperature it was set on high all our food had to be thrown out management didn’t seem to care. It cost us about$100.

The location is perfect...great view of the lakes, 3 minutes walk to the beach and a lovely stroll across the bridge in to town.
The open kitchen dining and lounge was great for the family.
Good size rooms and nice water pressure in shower
Comfortable beds and the pool was right at the back door with a lovely bbq area

Property manager very friendly & helpful but finding the underside of Doona cover with multiple areas of dried semem

EXTREMLY appalled when l removed the doona from the bed as it was too heavy only to find on the underside of the cover having multiple areas of dried semen. Obviously noted laundered between clients.
