Pros:

Nice spot.

Cons:

The extra bed was not there when we arrived. Thank goodness our fifth person didn’t come. There was no iron in the rOom. Main tv did not connect to stations.

A pleasant stay. The room was a great size with plenty of room for a family of 4. We look forward to staying here again.

Great apartment in beautiful location but needs a couple little policy tweaks
Pros:

Nice apartment in a stunning location, 500metres away from centre of Surfers Paradise. Incredible views from the balcony. Great facilities and amenities for a self catering stay.

Cons:

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. No provision of typical supplies in a self catering apartment I.e. salt, pepper, cooking oil, bodywash in showers. One small sachet of dish soap and dishwashing powder is not enough for 4people over 3 nights. Got a notice under the door the night before checkout that we needed to clean all dishes and empty all trash before leaving (aka like an AirBNB) which would be fine if we had more cleaning supplies to work with. Think these policies need to be reconsidered.

Wonderful position and views but apartment not value for money paid.
Pros:

Location and the view.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness, not sufficient crockery, cutlery, and only double bed(not queen or king size)
Ensuite needs upgrade. No mattress covers and furnishings need upgrade.Limited starter packs.
Stayed for two weeks but would not stay in this apartment again until improvements made.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location is excellent! Beautiful view ... love hearing the ocean at night. Close to everything you need.

Cons:

The apartment furniture needs to upgraded or replaced. Old, broken ... not clean ... very outdated. Some apartment fixtures need to be repaired. On site managers are never avaliable. Only on site for a couple of hours in the morning. They failed to notify of building/apartment works prior to check in and at time of booking. They only advised after check in and then did not stipulate times or dates of said "repair" work. Workman had access to the apartment during our stay without our permission and were found working in the apartment whilst we were not there and without prior notice or consent or knowledge from us. Only after we complained via Booking.com did they leave us a note to say no workman will be permitted in our apartment during our stay. The onsite manager blamed the buildings bodycorp and didn't seem to see or understand what the issue was. The lack of trust now from knowing they had prior access to our apartment made our remaining stay uncomfortable and unsafe as these workman where still on the premises completing the work on other apartments. No sooner before we even checked out the "contractors" where back on the balcony via the outside balcony access painting..
Definitely not worth the price ... but you are paying for the view and the location! So they get you there.

Excellent views in a great location
Pros:

Excellent central location within walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Excellent views up the coast from odd number apartments, with both up and down the coast from even numbers .
