My review is a mix of emotions because I would really like to give a perfect 5 out of 5 rating, but I can't overlook the negative points without hoping that the management will take measures to improve their service.

Overall, the venue is beautiful. The food is tasty, and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

However, I found an insect under the bed sheets and blanket, and the throw pillow has a very unpleasant smell, clearly showing it needs a deep cleaning.

I sincerely hope that the management will take this issue seriously and implement the necessary actions to ensure that such problems do not happen again for future guests.

Our stay was great. The place is peaceful and perfect for resting and relaxing. It’s also conveniently located near famous restaurants and popular spots to visit in Tagaytay. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing—perfect for taking photos. The service overall was excellent; the staff were welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. The amenities were worth the price we paid.

The Best!
The location is easy to find. Hassle-free reservation, the staff answers our inquiries all the time, considering we reschedule our suppose reservation date. Everyone was so nice and accommodating with our requests. Thank you VPH, 'till the next!

Staffs are always friendly and attentive ever since the first time I went here until now. Needed an extension cord for my charger amd they even went above and beyond for lending me a charger head because I forgot to bring my adaptor.

It's located in front of Picnic Grove which is very convenient.

Their local cuisine was very perfect. Ms picola is very perfect and very accomodating. mahal kita Picola

Had an amazing time with my amiga’s!The service was top-notch and truly made our stay special. A huge thank you to Jan and Aldrin of front office, and also to Hazel and RJ for the warm welcome and excellet assistance and the lovely room greetings and balloon setup for my friend’s birthday. We also enjoy farm tour and guide, PJ where we discover herbs and medicinal plants. To all the staff, you guys are the best! You made us feel like VIPs from the start. Highly recommended for thier hospitality and great service. We definitely be back 🤍🤍…

The rooms are very spacious, the staff are very helpful and responsive, and the location is great since it is close to a lot of tourist spots. You really get the best value from your stay here, I think we can consider staying here again.

View Park Hotel exceeded our expectations with its well-kept, clean rooms and relaxing pool areas. The ambiance in the in-house restaurant and coffee cafe is lovely, and the food prices are very affordable. Bonus points for the free parking! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, given that this is our second time to stay in this place!

The best dito! this is our 4th time here in View Park. Ang nagustuhan talaga namin dito ay yung customer-service, staff-friendly, and sobrang ganda ng facilities (malinis and instagrammable). The best din yung Sora Spa! Sulit na sulit. Worth it and deserve nilang balik-balikan! Thank you so much ViewPark Hotel. Location is very easy to find, and near the highway. Convenient parking and easy booking.

Has very good ambience, AMBANGO ng rooms! highly recommendable.

The team did a good job, hindi kami mapapahiya, napaka friendly and polite ng team. There not one request na di na grant. The place is so clean as well. Get your Free breakfast and free refill of coffee, you will be satisfied.
You will enjoy their amenities!

5/5 stars! Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was quiet, clean and cozy. The food in their Siglo restaurant was delicious too! If you want a peaceful stay and delicious food, would definitely recommend and come back again for a restful stay.

P.S. Their Sora Spa is a must for a more relaxing stay. ✨
