Pros:

The breakfast was a buffet.There wea a good choice of foods The coffee was excellent. I could walk to most of the tourist sites.Also a great area .

Pros:

Only one hotel front desk staff is very fluent I'm English but they are all very friendly and helpful.

Though I requested for high floors, I was given ground floor. Later, they change it to second floor.

They did not clean the room on daily basis.

No breakfast or free mineral water.

Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room.

Pros:

Personnel plutôt aimable mais ne fait pas d'effort pour comprendre l'anglais. Demande de faire la chambre à plusieurs reprises (pourtant en Vietnamien), eau noire ou coupures d'eau à de multiples reprises, jamais je n'étais prévenue !

Hotel very close to many supermarkets, cafes & restaurants. 5mins away from Times City Super mall very convenient. Good value for money.
