Bad shower
Pros:

Shower head needed replacing, water flooded bathroom floor. Very dangerous.
And no light in the bathroom
No internet access.

Pros:

Everything.... the food at the restaurant, The Beer Garden, Pool, Motel, Parking. The receptionist was very accommodating and hospitable.

Beautiful rooms and great food!!
Pros:

We had dinner in the restaurant, which was absolutely amazing, there was a group of 5 of us, and not one of us could fault the meal, staff are very friendly right from reception, to the room cleaners, to the staff in the hotel and bar. The rooms are very clean, and spacious all overlooking the pool area. Air con was already on in the room when we arrived, which was a nice touch as the temp outside was close to 40!!

Cons:

Set parking for the hotel, we found a lot of visitors to the bar/restaurant parked in the hotel bays

Pros:

The Garden Restaurant was superb 👌

Cons:

Planes fly in over the accommodation, but that was a very minor issue if I had to pick one. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great first night of a holiday. I would stay there again in a heart beat.
Pros:

The location was amazing. We had to pick up a camper a not far from there. We taxed from the airport to the rose and crown, and we Ubered to the camper rental company the following morning. I was a bit worried about the potential noise from the aircraft, but I really only heard a couple of jets. I slept really well in what seemed like a massive king bed which was very comfortable. The room was also spacious. The facilities are a little tired, but very clean. We arrived late and I hadnt got my Australian sim running, so I didn’t have after hours check in instructions , but the restaurant staff were well aware of the procedure, very helpful and friend. We had our key and found our room in no time. The office staff, whom we meet the following morning were very friendly and knowledgeable. The village of Guildford is full of history, roses and quaintness😍 oh, and great little cafes.

Cons:

The shower door leaked. Not a biggie.
