Location, Comfort and Welcome.
Pros:

Location was excellent for me. I appreciated the welcome of staff on arrival. Free parking was a great bonus especially being right at my door. It will definitely be a place to return to when I’m in the Swan Valley again.

Cons:

It would be great if cost was a little less especially for pensioners. Maybe a loyalty discount for country visitors

Late check out, lovely staff, great venue, value for money, comfy bed!!
Pros:

Everything!! It’s such an old and amazing place to visit . The rooms were great for the price and the meals were delicious!!

Cons:

It’s hard to complain when it’s a nice place but I can say the shower needed sealing so it didn’t flood the floor

Pros:

Room very comfortable and staff at front reception very good, room cleaners friendly and polite

Cons:

Restaurant workers rude and dismissive towards me and one spent her time leaning on counter talking to the other while she made coffee. The very tall one polite and respectful but the other 2 Asian ones need to be taught that every customer male or female need to be respected equally the same.
