Hoang Dung Hotel

For the price I wasn’t expecting much. However, please be aware that the check in time is 2:00 pm and not noon as stated on hotels.com. My family got there at noon as we were advised on our confirmation email, but the front desk staff would not honor the time and asked for extra money for early check in. In addition, they asked us to contact hotels.com, which we did. Hotel customer service is not great and hotel is basic.

Very very dirty room, dirty bathroom. Totally scam. They tried to get more money when checking. Please avoid this hotel.

Hôtel bien placé pas’loin De l’aéroport. Bien pour une nuit pas plus.. chambre sans fenêtre.

This place was a dump, Expedia should be a shame of their self, for putting people in that place, I checked in and stayed in my room for five minutes then I checked out and found me another place, need to say no more. But shame on u Expedia

Nous somme pas du genre difficile mais à notre arrivée dans la chambre le lit était plein de fourmis et le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre, demande qui a tout de suite été prise en compte en nous fournissant une nouvelle chambre sans le sourire mais celle ci etait nickel sans fourmit et avec un frigo qui marche.

玄関の階段を掃除してほしい

Was just a cheap very short stopover close to the airport !! Rats outside (which is not uncommon in Vietnam) room and bathroom very basic and not particularly clean ,, we were only here 1 night from midnight till 8 am as flying either side of those times but glad I didn't spend anymore time here !! Only good point was very cheap and got few hrs sleep before heading off

THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. SMALL IN SIZE VERY HORRIBLE

空港からは歩いて15分ほど。コンビニなどは近くにないが、広い道路の目の前なので、GRUBは呼びやすかった。ホテルは普通、本当に普通。

The staff are the best, the lift/elevator is absolutely crucial for my “ageing body”. I was always welcomed, and it was an excellent respite from the hectic road!

Stayed 2 nights and staff is friendly and courteous. I would stay there again..very clean and affordable and convenient for the airport

Very dirty room, have bad smell, bed uncomfortable, very much dirty in ga, come inside hotel like somewhere decor for halowen, light in reception is not enough at all.
