Found ants and cockroaches running around the room!

staff was very friendly ,and safe room side is good for 2 and a half star hotel .

Didn’t get the room we booked and it stunk like cigarettes. We asked to change rooms but they were at maximum capacity. Hotel staff weren’t exactly helpful when we were stressed and tired trying to rectify

첨에 패밀리룸 창문 있는방 예약하고 갔는데 창문 없는 작은 방으로 안내 하고
가서 다시 얘기 했더니 방 바꿔주더라구요 그리고
욕조 물 잘 안내려가고
방에 에어컨도 심각하고 방 키도 1개 주는데 키 뽑으면 냉장고 전원부터 아예 전원 차단
모바일 기기 충전 하려면 방에 있어야 합니다. 방키 하나 더 달라고 했더니 단호하게 안된다는 직원!! 컨디션 최악의 다시는 안가면 되는 호텔 입니다.

We are transferred to nearby hotel for the first day. The reason, the hotel full already.. wow ? We are paying for the room at the hotel, why its full for us. This is unfair.
Until the 2nd day, we were calling back to the hotel, and we can compare the the star rating for the transits is totally below what we aspect and pay for.
Very bad and frightening for the tourist with this situation.

Good location is a plus with a lot of shopping and restaurants.

It's a simple and cheap place but I never had any worries about safety or the desk staff misunderstanding me. Breakfast was pretty minimalistic.

It's about a block from Ben Tanh Market which is nice. It's also on a street that gets a bit less traffic.

Heel eenvoudig, maar echt net hotel in goede buurt voor zacht prijsje.
Ontbijt hield niet over, maar Starbucks dicht in de buurt.
Wifi was echt zeer goed.

We got to the hotel just after midnight to check in our reserved room from the hotel. The place was dark and closed. We finally manage to have the person in charge of the night shift to open the door only to know that there was no room for us. It seemed they had gave our room to someone else even we had let them know that we had the reservation through Expedia and paid for the room. We were standing on the street in downtown of Saigon, Vietnam at midnight with nowhere to go, no help from hotel staff. It was a long night after a long day of flying from US to Vietnam.
We would never going there again. The services from the hotel were awful and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone this hotel.

I found very bad quality room ever, bad smell and bad staff who don't know how to speak in English! Better then this I would like to sleep in park or street :((

No any good facility and after I paid everything they saying no any good room available. Rooms not as shown in photos and not ready to refun.

Finally got help from Expedia to get reloacate another better place, thanks to Expedia ;)

I booked 2 night at Thanh Long Tan Hotel. I checked out the Hotel one hour after I checked in. Because my was very dirty. The sheets so dirty so many spot on the sheets. Wifi wasn't working. I was very disappointed. I didn't stay at this Hotel any night. I went to different Hotel.

Great staff very helpful, good value, will stay again.

The strange thing about my room after checking in is to find the wash basin is located in the room beside the bed and not in the bathroom. Later I was informed only the bigger rooms has the wash basin located in the bathroom. Imagine the inconvenience of using the basin with a partner who might still be sleeping!Breakfast was nothing to shout about so don't expect much. Housekeeping staff was efficient and the room was kept very clean. Overall good value for money and great location hotel.

Toisaalta hinta oli myös halpa.

Zimmer in Ordnung und sauber, Rezeption mal freundlich und kompetent, mal desinteressiert. Tourbuchung über Hotel einwandfrei.
Servicepersonal beim Frühstück ohne Englischkenntnisse, Frühstück asiatisch.

It was ok for us to stay here for one night since we only need the cheap room to crash. The room is super small, quite dirty and the fridge is stinky. Quite average with shower and toilet in same room, no safe, basin near the bed. To be fair, we paid only 30$ so what there to complain. It suit what we need, security guys is helpful with luggage and check in and out was easy
