they ran out of hot water so for our entire stay we didn’t have hot water. they did compensate us and apologised which was very professional

Lovely Location, Lovely Villa
Pros:

The location was perfect and the villa itself was great. We appreciated having access to a burner, and all the kitchen items provided. The spa bath was a real luxury and we would certainly return.

Cons:

There were a few minor improvements that could have been made:
We were provided with washing up stuff but there was no sink plug.
The room had air conditioning, but the little flap on the air conditioner was broken and so we could only use the aircon if it flap was propped open. etc.

Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely location, great space.
Pros:

The views are fantastic. The rooms is large and there was a great lounge and fireplace.

Cons:

The property Needed some maintenance. It felt a little rundown. However they were mainly cosmetic or cleaning issues.

Overall we have a pleasant stay and would stay again if a couple of improvements were made.
Pros:

Really great location, quiet and peaceful with an amazing view. Really great private cabin with a great layout

Cons:

Unfortunately the property needs a little TLC. It’s quite dated, might help to have a lick of paint. Unfortunately the bed let the place down, seemed quite old and uncomfortable.

There are a few things that need fixing.

Beautiful location to unwind! Property was mostly satisfactory, could use better water pressure.
Pros:

View from some rooms is amazing !

Cons:

Hot water wasn’t very hot. Lovely large shower head but gave no water pressure.
Unit 5 door handle is broken (listed in visitor book as broken for a while)
Road directly in has large holes and is very rough.
