This hotel was horrible. Bad location, noone spoke English and they tried charging us for items that we were told were free. Spent 30 mins arguing

Pros:

Value: Bargain;
Reasonably close proximity to large department store. Also not too expensive to catch a taxi to District 1 (with most tourist attractions)
