Warm shower and only one key. Didn't allow for family to do different things. Had to leave the unit open for early returning family members..
It's spacious. Had a dedicated parking space for free.
Our apartment was on the ground floor looking out at the street and some of the vertical blinds were missing. They also didn't close...the stick attached to the blinds to close them doesn't work. This made us feel very uneasy knowing that anyone out in the street could see us in the lounge. This is definitely something we think the owner should rectify immediately. It's also pretty dated.
The pillow in one of the bedrooms had a cockroach on it.

Had all we needed but with the buliding of the tram line it is harder than usual to get anywhere between Broasbeach and Burleigh.
I really enjoyed this property. Only downside was that it had no laundry dryer as it had a broken door. Only washer worked but we didn’t try it as we couldn’t dry anything.
Other than that it is an amazing spot!
Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Spa was great in middle of winter.
Three was no complimentary milk to make a coffee.

Only ONE damn coat hanger!!!!! Come on, it’s holiday accommodation, spend a few dollars and have a supply in the cupboards.

The rooms smelt very damp and musty
Instructions to carpark and electronic gates were cobfusing. We couldnt work out where our room was when in the carpark
It was massive! All the linen was incredibly clean, the house was so beautiful for such a good price! Will be staying here again next month for another little holiday 😊😊
