Perfect for our stay
Pros:

Great value for money. Rooms Renovated and are beautiful. Very comfortable beds

Cons:

Hopefully restaurant reopens one day. Such a lovely space with the fireplace.

The property is very run down & doesn’t match their description. They clearly need to update facility information. The price was much higher than I would pay for the accommodation in that state

For the price you don’t expect much more but it was fine and friendly and comfortable.
Pros:

Spacious room and spacious bathroom with a powerful fabulous shower. It had a mobile caravan pizza bar to buy dinner from which looked and smelt great but we had already booked the pub.

Cons:

It’s all tired and dated and dark in reception and bar. It all needs some cleaning up on the outside and the paving needs evening out to be safe.

Staff were lovely and friendly, venue was fantastic and the bed was comfortable and clean
Pros:

We had an even there don’t was lovely to stay so close

Cons:

The door had a huge gap at the top so all the bugs came into the room for the light …. And the bathroom needed a bit of an upgrade.

Lacks kerb appeal
Pros:

The rom was nice, good size, but needs a little maintenance location was good, but noisy traffic on the last day - Monday from early morning, trucks using air brakes etc

Cons:

Driving, up, it has no kerb appeal, you just about thinking off driving off, needs some serious maintenance outside, the gardens are over grown, driveway full of pop holes and I would say the place hasn't seen a paint brush.since it was built
