Lacks kerb appeal
Pros:

The rom was nice, good size, but needs a little maintenance location was good, but noisy traffic on the last day - Monday from early morning, trucks using air brakes etc

Cons:

Driving, up, it has no kerb appeal, you just about thinking off driving off, needs some serious maintenance outside, the gardens are over grown, driveway full of pop holes and I would say the place hasn't seen a paint brush.since it was built

A great option for a few nights in Lancefield
Pros:

The romms were excellent. Large, plenty of room to move, microwave, dishes, cutlery, BBQ, parking at the door.

Cons:

Nothing provided to clean the dishes and the rooms struggled to stay warm
