One of the best places to stay downtown Hanoi. Highly recommend.
Pros:

I really like this place. The best thing is that it is located in the center of Hanoi, not far from the main tourist attractions, but the area is very cozy and quiet, not many tourists, no noise. The stuff is super friendly and is doing their best to help. Ms. Luna, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful, many thanks to her.

Pobyt krótki ale bardzo intensywny. Lokalizacja hotelu, cisza i spokój w nocy pozwoliły zregenerować siły.
Pros:

Profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Nasze wszystkie problemy zostały rozwiązane. Zorganizowano nam transfer na lotnisko w obie strony.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Location of the hotel is nearby to other places. The receptionist Mr. Kian is very helpful and he speak very well in english. He give us more information on were we go.

Cons:

The only thing is they dont have elevator. But everything was good, the room is clean and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff is competent and kind, and they are always available to help me when I need it. For someone traveling alone, like me, the price is quite inexpensive, and the room includes many personal belongings, so I don't have to prepare anything ahead of time. Strongly recommended for people who wish to have a great trip without having to spend a lot of money on lodging.

Would be a fine hotel to stay if you don't spend much time in it other than to get good sleep.
Pros:

The check-in process was good. They used Google Translate to communicate with me and that was cool. They accommodated me with the service of switching my hotel from another branch to this one, without charging me any administrative fee. The staff were cordial, patient and very respectful.

Cons:

The room was somewhat dusty on the floor and I was sneezing sometimes. There was a strong perfume scent in the air, supposedly some kind of deodorant was used to cover the cigarette smell in the room (the previous occupier was probably a smoker). The staff didn't ask me if I wanted a non-smoking room, so I assume they didn't have any such room. The Wifi was not stable, so my watching of movies was occasionally stalled with routines of 'streaming'. One side of the cabinet door was hard to open fully as it was too close to the entrance door handle. Two small bottles of water was all I get free in the room for the summer, together with 2 tea-bags which did not have a commendable taste.

Cons:

Max only 2 water bottle for even 3 people room.
(But have Free Water machine at lobby >_< )

Passable
Cons:

The mattresses are incredibly hard, it’s like sleeping on a stone. Everything else was really nice and the staff was accommodating as well, but not worth having back pain for several days now.
