Pros:

Easy to find and parking was good. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Everyone being woken up by an extremely loud tv that sounded like it was in our bedrooms.. Hoping this was just a one off unlucky / unfortunate timing with another guest next door... Also could hear heavy bass from what we assume was the Hoey Money across the road, bit much for a mid week stay, and the street was packed with cars.. It was quiet and pleasant otherwise.

Fantastic location but room had cockroaches/pest issues
Pros:

Location was fantastic, a really good pizza place just a minute walk away (highly recommend!!). Short walk to beach and cafes.

Cons:

Room seemed clean and modern, however we had cockroaches in our room at night.

Very easy check in and check out. We did this out of office hours.

Great location.

Cons:

Double bed we had was sagging in the middle.
Little ants all through bathroom and in the kettle.
Bathroom basin drain connection was leaking very badly.
