Pros:

Great location, easy to walk into town, free parking. Comfortable accommodation and spacious. Kitchen appliances a bit medium but otherwise good value.

We love Beaches apartments. Great value for familes
Pros:

A great place to stay in Byron with a family. The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen has a great range of appliances and the bathroom and shower are excellent. We were on the ground floor near the pool and we loved how we could relax on the deck while our kids swam in the pool.

Cons:

Not much. I'm not a huge fan of tiled floors but this was no big deal.

Terrible value for money; overpriced, careless service, dirty, and full of hidden charges.
Pros:

Good location, around a 10 minute walk to Main Beach and the center. Convenient onsite parking available.

Cons:

- The apartment was poorly cleaned.

- The cooker hood filters looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The smell was so bad it was nauseating when cooking.

- The sofa bed was terrible and not suitable for sleeping at all.

- It felt like a staff-less property; there was little care or attention.

- Communication was careless and unresponsive.

- There were hidden / extra costs:
-This was the first Booking.com property where I had to pay an additional credit card payment fee, and there was no other payment option.
-They tried to charge an additional $40 for linens, even though the reservation was made for four guests from the beginning. (I didn’t pay it, and they didn’t even respond when I questioned it).

- Basic consumables (soap, toilet paper, etc.) were left to the guest, regardless of the length of stay.

Some of these things might be acceptable for a budget stay, but I paid close to $600 per night and stayed 6 nights. For that price, this level of cleanliness, comfort, and service is not acceptable. Overall, I felt it was very poor value for money and I wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was brilliant- only thing was there was no blind on the lounge window only a skein curtain so felt a little exposed at night time, but otherwise excellent. Thank you! Staff v helpful and friendly, great pic and value, clean, well presented, good instructions

Nice clean unit close to town
Pros:

The room and balcony, the kitchen and washing and drying facilities. It was close to town too.

Cons:

It was on the main highway so a lot of traffic noise all day and night. Also the garage door and access door to the units was open all day so virtually no security (even though there was a sign saying keep the door closed at all times)
Also we were sorry there was no access to the beach. You had to walk through town to get to the beach.

Cons:

The pull out bed wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. There was underwear and socks from previous guest in the pull out bed when we opened it. There was no pillows or mattress protector on the bed.

It’s a lottery as to which accommodation you are allocated.
Pros:

We were placed next door in a sister apartment block without our knowledge.

Cons:

It was dark, tiles cracked and dingy until after two nights we were able speak to the manager who after some
haggling moved us to a lighter, brighter apartment. This was better.
