Nice location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location, nice pool and bbq area, rooms felt private

Cons:

We were supposed to receive an email with check-in instructions but never got these (checked spam and everything), however the staff that answered the office phone was really lovely and helped us straight away. The room was clean and comfortable, but all the cups and wine glasses were dirty with fingerprints and lip marks.

Comfortable stay and value for money
Pros:

Close walk or drive to the main shopping and dining area in town and the beach too. Clean, comfortable and secure apartment. Nice modern touches too. The front desk guy (possibly owner) was very friendly and helpful. We asked if we could change rooms due to health needs and he was very obliging and accommodating. We really appreciated this.

Cons:

The wifi kept dropping in and out which was frustrating. Some more towels and toilet paper would have been great.

It was adequate
Pros:

Location size of apartment price

Cons:

They didn’t answer my emails
Stayed 20 nights no service replacement towel’s etc
Washing sheets etc difficult as dryer didn’t work very well
Toilet running partner fixed
Freezer had a thick layer of solid ice in the bottom
Someone needs to check rooms after they have been cleaned
No cleaning cloths and chemicals in bathroom had to buy everything

Really enjoyed our stay :)
Pros:

This is a large fully equipped apartment-style place. It has a nice size bedroom, closet, with ensuite bathroom, in-suite laundry, a living room, dining area, and full kitchen. It was really comfortable to stay there for a week - we had everything we needed :)

Cons:

The balcony isn't private, just FYI. It isn't as close to the beach as I thought it was judging from the map because there isn't a direct access path, you have to walk around to the main road. The pool water was too cold to swim in.

The apartment was quite run down. Not very clean, TV did not work, crockery was chipped, couches were stained and dirty, dining chairs wobbly - just expected it to be better!

Great location, just need to be in one of the units away from the road.
Pros:

The unit was neat & clean. All tha facilities were good.

Cons:

Although the location was central the unit faced the road, which was very busy & noisey. You are unable to have any windows or doors open because of this & are unable to sit on the balcony & have a conversation, the traffic is so loud.

Terribly dirty
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Disgustingly dirty! Mould in shower, bandaid to hold piece of wood together, hair on floor, filthy stained pillow, filthy fan in bathroom. Not worth $330. Needs a serious deep clean and new decor.

Within walking distance to the hub of Byron Bay. Very accessible to Nimbin, Bangalow, Mullumbimby!
Pros:

We loved our kitchenette...only thing was there was only 1 packet of dishwashing liquid but on request for more, we promptly received several more packets! Would have loved more towels as we had to pay an extra $40 for dual occupancy (pulled out sofa bed). Our one bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable.
