The lady at reception was very helpful and accommodating. The location is within walking distance of a shopping centre and the club and pub. So very easy to find a place to eat. The bed is comfortable and the place is always clean. We have stayed there a few times when we travel north

Pros:

The location was very good for our “one night stay, passing through Coffs”. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff kindly assigned us our preferred room, too! This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this motel.

It was clean, quiet, great location. Excellent facilities. Lovely staff, and nice breakfast. The shower had wonderful water pressure.

Cons:

We didn’t like the heavy quilt on the bed. It was too hot, but too cool without. Needed a lighter cover for summer. Would be nice to have a ceiling fan, instead of having the aircon on constantly.
