Fantastic location directly opposite the beach.
Pros:

Location is fabulous, apartment spacious & well equipped. We enjoyed an evenings live music at Miami Marketta and a great meal overlooking the beach at Nobbys Beach Surf Club both within walking distance. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly resolved by the site manager Tim.

Cons:

We booked a "renovated two bedroom apartment" but it didn't meet our expectations as we took that to mean recently but the apartment we stayed in was actually renovated in 2017.

Perfect location feeling like you’re ON the beach but not. Fabulous value for money.
Pros:

The location across the road from the beach was sublime. It felt like you were sitting ON the beach when on the balcony or even on the couch. The pool and spa are also great and protected from the wind. Also easy walking distance to Miami shops…and a great walk to Burleigh NP (if you like longer walks!)

Cons:

The bedrooms could use a bit of an update, including ceiling fans. We were lucky there was a breeze coming through from ocean and not too hot at night. Portable fans ok but not great. I would still return to the property though, not a deal breaker.

Comfortable apartment opposite beach and near cafes
Pros:

The Manager is very friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic… right across from the beach. The apartment is large and self contained.

Dated room, poor condition, balcony doors hard to open, broken tiles on floor, broken towel rail, paint flaking & marks all over walls & doors, rusty dirty chairs, 2 teabags coffee sachets & 2 toilet rolls for 3 day stay, bedding & towels in rule book only changed on 10 night stay...

Our new home away from home. Our new annual destination.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Staying on the ground floor with two large open patio doors made it feel like we were always at the beaches edge. Being exactly in line with the red and yellow flags was so handy! No trekking up and down the beach with all the kids!

Cons:

Not much room for grocery storage, but plenty of bench space for it. The cupboards were full of any kitchen item you could need (including plastic kids cups & bowls!) - so it wasn't a bad trade off
