Pros:

Great location. Lovely pool. Spacious, well appointed one bedroom apartment (number 21).

Cons:

The only window in the living room/kitchen area (actually a glass door to a tiny balcony with one chair) looks out to a wall, so the only outlook to trees and the sky is in the bedroom. This wasn't obvious from the photos. If you are out and about, this doesn't matter too much, but on a wet, windy day (they do happen in Byron!) you might get cabin fever.

Great location. Spacious, light apartments.

Cons:

Disappointed we were moved after the first day due to a booking issue.
First apartment had sea views (as per booking request). No sea views in the second apartment- only if we stood up, also second apartment did not have air conditioning in the sitting room area. Small tower fan was there - tho inadequate in the hot humid climate and in an apartment which got direct sun throughout the morning. Kept the curtains and blinds closed most times to help minimise the heat.

Pros:

location was excellent. pool was very nice and clean

Cons:

cleanliness of apartment could've been better. floor had sand all over which was bareable as we admittedly also walked sand in 9/10 times. it just wasnt an overly thorough clean by the looks of it, hard to reach places were obviously left untouched.

Our stay was fantastic and will be going back
Pros:

Location was perfect, just far enough out to not hear the hustle & bustle of the pubs etc, but close enough to walk to all shops, restaurants etc. Directly opposite the beach. The pool was lovely and it had a nice roomy bbq area

Cons:

larger area around the pool would have been great

Fantastic location and very nice staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. We arrived late and they provided very clear instructions on how to get our key and park the car.

Cons:

The furniture was a bit shabby and the cheap dining table was very wobbly. The sound proofing is not great.

Pros:

Great location to the beach, main town, restaurants, shops etc. Very generous sized apartment with a large living space. Everything you need for a family. Loved the foot washing station and beach toy library. Had a number of my family staying for a wedding and we loved the family friendly vibe for the kids to be together.

Amazing location. Walking distance to everything. Didn't use the car our entire stay so the free, secure parking was great. Loved our morning walks to the beach for great coffee. Everything was very clean, friendly staff and all the amenities you need for a family stay.

If I wanted backpacker style accomodation I would have stayed at one of many in town and saved money

Pool area was lovely, location to town and beach excellent.

Cons:

The age and condition of the apartment was appaling. Furniture was so old and chunky not great for such a tiny apartment that was so gloomy with hardly any light. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The smell in the main bedroom was unbearable I think it may have been from mould on ceiling or old grout in tiles whatever it was it smelt very bad. This apartment hasnt had any work done to it since it was built in the 80's or 90's. I expected alot more for what I paid.

No lift trying to lug all our luggage up all the flights of stairs was a nightmare, my friend has a hand injury and it was very difficlut for her.
