Perfect for a super comfortable 4 days exploring Byron and surrounds
Pros:

Location was very central with easy access to centre and main beach
Staff very welcoming and helpful
Secure parking, aircon/heating
Beach towel hire

Cons:

Bathroom mould needs attention
Kitchen utensils limited; not an issue if eating out
Stairwell noise from other residents
Second set of bath towels would be beneficial in winter months

It was pleasant and served our purpose for a one night stay.
Pros:

It is centrally located and easy access to everything in central Byron.
Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in 30mins early.

Cons:

The walls to their adjoining apartments were very thin. We could hear banging, people walking around, kids screaming, TVs etc. The shower windows were very unclean. The toilet was leaking on the floor in the morning and behind the bedside tables the PowerPoints look liked that hadn't been cleaned for some time.
We thought it was beach from so we'd have a beach view however we were at the back of the property with a view of the courtyard.

Location was perfect; so easy to walk everywhere. And just across from the beach. Beautiful views day and night.

Overall the unit met our needs.
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Got us in early as requested. Unit was good for the price.

Cons:

Only one bathroom in a two bedroom unit. Second bedroom very small, only suitable for small children, not an adult.
Linen on the pillow case was a bit stained.

BEACH Holiday.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable.
Off road parking really good undercover. Easy walk every where was great. Kitchen etc good for older apartments.
Shower was good and roomy.
As was the apartment.
Coach bit of a shocka needs replacing. Pool good and really close to beach.

Cons:

Minimal supplied tea coffee etc that was metioned in room guide had to replace etc so we replaced toilet paper and didnt use coffee and tea etc save hassel.
