A fabulous, well equipped apartment in a fabulous beachfront setting. Lovely outdoor area, pool and bbq area is a bonus.
Pros:

Perfect location: best in town!

Good for business trip, adequate space and comfort, just a few things that spoilt the stay.
Pros:

Location excellent. Appearance exterior, great. Superior 2 bed Apartment (13), two bedrooms, bathroom, ensuite, kitchen, everything we needed, was great, would be good for small family too. Ease of garage parking underneath, close to rooms. Pool looked nice and BBQ and seating area looked great, but didn't use them. Aircon in both bedrooms was a plus, but there was not AC in the living area. Stone throw to the main beach. Balcony on both sides of the apartment, one external facing another building, one internal facing the courtyard and BBQ area.

Cons:

Apartment stunk of smoke and disinfectant. The most uncomfortable toilet seat ever. TV remotes did not work, you could not change channel, only the volume worked. Eventually found the button on the TV, but was tricky to change channels. Annoying if you really wanted to watch TV, we didn't. Shower very light pressure, no exhaust fan (very muggy when staying).

Great location. Lovely pool. Spacious, well appointed one bedroom apartment (number 21).

Cons:

The only window in the living room/kitchen area (actually a glass door to a tiny balcony with one chair) looks out to a wall, so the only outlook to trees and the sky is in the bedroom. This wasn't obvious from the photos. If you are out and about, this doesn't matter too much, but on a wet, windy day (they do happen in Byron!) you might get cabin fever.

Great location. Spacious, light apartments.

Cons:

Disappointed we were moved after the first day due to a booking issue.
First apartment had sea views (as per booking request). No sea views in the second apartment- only if we stood up, also second apartment did not have air conditioning in the sitting room area. Small tower fan was there - tho inadequate in the hot humid climate and in an apartment which got direct sun throughout the morning. Kept the curtains and blinds closed most times to help minimise the heat.

location was excellent. pool was very nice and clean

Cons:

cleanliness of apartment could've been better. floor had sand all over which was bareable as we admittedly also walked sand in 9/10 times. it just wasnt an overly thorough clean by the looks of it, hard to reach places were obviously left untouched.

Our stay was fantastic and will be going back
Pros:

Location was perfect, just far enough out to not hear the hustle & bustle of the pubs etc, but close enough to walk to all shops, restaurants etc. Directly opposite the beach. The pool was lovely and it had a nice roomy bbq area

larger area around the pool would have been great
