Very overpriced compared to what you get for less $ in Sunshine Coast or Southbank Brisbane
Pros:

Well located in town & close to beach, with parking (but see comments re noise).

Cons:

No air con in living area, only in the bedroom.
Noise from the pubs till early morning (bands).
Noise from people clomping around in unit above you and up and down stairwells till early hours.
Then noise every 2nd morning at 6am from rubbish trucks under your window.

Great location, old facilities in need of a renovation
Pros:

Great location, easy access to beach, main shopping and lighthouse nature walks. Great sunlight to apartment and good lounge room facilities. Great curtains and Ability keep room dark was excellent. Good security to building.

Cons:

The complex and apartment is very very dated. We stayed is a beach front apartment and paid a premium. Bathroom is very ordinary with aged tiles, and limited facilities including no soap in shower. Slippery tiles in second bedroom bathroom and dangerous. One guest slipped and fell.
Bedrooms needs new bed, pillows and we did not get fresh towels for our three night stay.
Kitchen facilities old and dated.

Great location.
Pros:

The property is in a great location . Right over the road from beach and 2 minutes from the Beach Hotel

Cons:

We had a ground level - and had NO private area to sit outside except a closed off table you had to enter from a bedroom. It was noisy ! People walking past all the time and at one point knocks on the door early in the morning . The room was right on a walking path so blinds had to be closed all the time otherwise no privacy. It was therefore dark. We would stay again but do Not have room 2 ! The room needs to be redesigned to give guests a better and more private experience.

The tv was also strangely positioned and pointing in the opposite direction to the couch. Not a big deal, just annoying.

Pros:

Loved how close this was to the beach and town. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We paid for beach towels though they were so small. In comparison to other places close by you do not need to pay for the towels.
