It may not be the newest kid on the block but it's grown up now and it knows how to treat its guests
Pros:

Location was perfect...never used the front of the premises always used the back because we had a car...parking was a breeze. The bed was just like home...come to think of it...it was better and I just bought mine. I may have to look under the sheets the next time we're there.

Although the room was tiny we had oceans views which was great. The room was professionally presented and other than the screaming family that arrived on the 2nd day they finally settled down and it was quite pleasant. Big ticks!

Cons:

Size of room...but I'm nit picking. For two people it was fine. For the price point and quality it's at the peak of the bell curve.

Overpriced for what you get
Pros:

Location was good, a short walk to shops. There was a washing machine and free underground carparking.

Cons:

For a noisy (interconnecting), small, self-contained studio room it was expensive... $900 for 3 nights which included nothing - no servicing of the room, no soap, no pool towels, no teaspoons and no sink. On a notice we read there was a charge for extra towels, but Reception was never manned anyway (over the whole weekend) to get them!

Ideal location but cleanliness wise needs prompt attention

Shortage of coat hangers but once we alerted staff we received more
Upstairs Balcony door lock broken we alerted staff no action taken we were pleased we didn’t have young children with us
Bathrooms drains were dirty mould buildup in them was offensive we physically had to put hot soapy water down drains and cover with plastic bags under cardboard boxes to assist with stopping the odour from getting through as no staff available to assist

Let down for the price
Pros:

Location , view , tv was alright , air con not bad ,

Cons:

Not worth 700$ , not enough in room supplies aka towels toilet paper , staff non existent, yes private underground parking but not cleaned nor any rubbish bins around , checkout time too early , late check-ins are ridiculous,

Location and apartment itself amazing and great views and hot tub on balcony.

Cons:

Furniture in living room not comfortable or large enough in proportion to 3 bedroom property. Not enough spots to sit for 6 guests. Given penthouse apartment furniture should be comfortable and large.

Enjoyable clean and close to most things
Pros:

The balcony - I know a studio is usually for two but we found only two of everything including towels a little annoying as constantly having to wash up and put towels in balcony to dry

Cons:

As per above big enough if anything and parking was terribly hard to get.
