Es war in der nähä vom Bahnhof

Cons:

Wie hatten Schimmel im Zimmer. Furch die reklamation haben wir rasch ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Es riech auch in diesem Zimmer nach schimmel abee nicht mehr so schlimm.

Good vale stop over hotel.
Pros:

Large room and great location for train station.

Cons:

There was no hot water, just warm and the shower head had no bracket so had to be held to shower, the windows would not close fully so as it was windy a constant whistling.

Pretty meh / just okay. Stay here for an overnighted would be okay if needed, but certainly no more than that.
Pros:

It had a pool. Room was spacious but junior suite had carpet that was stained and icky. Location to train station was good. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Staff seemed to be bothered by being asked anything throughout our stay (didn’t even have a travel agent to recommend), room servicing was hit and miss each day, had to track someone down and ask for towels after not getting serviced for days in a row and carpet floors weren’t cleaned in the six nights we were there, made worse by it being 10 years past it’s used by date. Spa leaked water constantly (only using it for showers) so water was constantly running across the floor, trodden everywhere and never got dry. Wouldn’t allow us to check out until they had audited our room and almost missed our bus because they couldn’t find a teaspoon. 15 mins later we worked out what the issue was and offered to pay for it (they’ll find it later)… held up over a 3000 dong / 20 cent spoon. Karaoke from the restaurant carries through the entire hotel from lunch time to evening.
